I have used this store multiple times for shipping odd-sized packages. I am happy that it is close to home, but I can tell you, I would drive across town to use them!Prices are what they are, they don't set them, but they certainly don't mark up a huge amount like other UPS stores I no longer use.The staff are VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Pak Mail at 3218 E Bell Rd, Phoenix - Thank you Mark for helping me with international mailing. Your professional and courteous manner of assistance was more than refreshing. You provided me needed options and didn't "nickel and dime" me. Cost was better than UPS stores and it was done with a smile!

This is a secure and easily-accessed location for our business mailbox. We can receive packages during business hours and check our mail anytime. The owner is always friendly and willing to help. I appreciate that there are convenient additional services available including shipping, copying, fingerprinting, notary, etc. Definitely recommend.

I had a coffee table delivered to Pak Mail a little over a year ago. The manager was going to arrange for it to be delivered to me. Instead, he donated it to Goodwill. He never tried to get in touch with me as I would have been happy to pay for shipping. He was going to arrange it with someone he knew. Now, he says he doesn't work with that guy anymore and the auction house doesn't work with him. I am very disappointed in his lack of integrity and professionalism. They won't go out of their way for you!

Pak Mail has provided a mailbox for our church for many years. It is conveniently located, and with night access, we can get mail anytime. We regularly receive shipments of maybe 50 individually wrapped magazines and Pak Mail has them all together waiting for pick-up. It is really wonderful to have a place for large deliveries such as many heavy boxes of hymnals. In the few occasions where we ship something, they are quick to process it and give us a good deal. It's a great service at a reasonable cost.

I have been using the local Pak Mail service in ***********, ** for years and have had great service. I have only asked them to pack something once. In that case, I took the item and the box in for an estimate.. They weighed the item, and the box I was going to put it in, They quoted me a price. I said OK and said I would pack it up. They said, "No, let us do it." There was no extra charge. My most recent experience on 7/14/23, was handled quickly, courteously and at a reasonable price.

Pak Mail's service was just what we were looking for to ship several items from Arizona to Illinois. Included in the shipment was a leather couch and chair, side table, 3 pieces of wall art, and a number of boxes with personal belongings. Everything went smoothly and there was no damage. Needed a very large painting shipped. A crate needed to be built and truck delivery out of state arranged. They did a good job and it was received in good condition.
