The lady who takes care of the property Bev Ann is so nice and always has it so clean and my husband been having the storage for years and ever since she's been taking care of the property things have gotten better overall this is the best place to take your belongings I hope they never get a new manager because she the only reason we are still here she's really great

Being at this location for so long was a great experience. Going to miss Bev Ann. Overall I would go back to this location if I needed a storage unit. I was never worried about my stuff at this location and company.

Worked with the manager, Bev Ann, for a non-standard short term storage while moving across the country. She was awesome! Extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process, working with me to lock in the rental even though I did not live locally. Security at the unit was great. Overall, fantastic experience!

I searched for 2 days for a 10X20 storage for my car. About a dozen locations visiting each one that was close to the airport, and I came across U Store on Van Buran. I am new to Phoenix and was not familiar with the street, but I felt safe at that location.The facility had the signature large gates, razor wire and a very drill sergeant attitude on the property’s agent. I liked her no BS attitude and seemed very competent and honest. She gracefully toured the property with me and let me park my car to ensure it fit.I took the location; told my wife I was successful at finding a storage and then she told me we had a change of plans and did not need any storage.I returned sheepishly asking for a refund at which time I was reminded of the 10-day notice of departure which was the only facility needed notice at all. I tried explaining I had not even put a lock on the door, and she reminded me these were corporate rules, and her hands were bound.I read it and remembered talking about it but never thought it would apply to me.My point is if you need a storage unit, they were the least expensive, close to the airport coupled with Bev Ann Kitchers most secure attitude I have ever meant. The location seems like it is not the safest but with her walking the perimeter frequently makes her location the most secure storage facility.Thanks
