Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. my wife arrived for her 4:30 appointment but wasn’t tended to or asked if she was checking in all because they allowed another person to sit there at the counter for 10 mins trying to schedule an appointment and finally finished . Well once she went up to the counter they tried to say she was late and that the 15minute grace period is not allowed for 4:30 appointments but regardless she was already there on time but wasn’t greeted or asked if she was there for an appointment & now has to reschedule for another day all because the customer service in there is horrible . Turning a pregnant woman away from an appointment she was on time for because YOU don’t know how to tend to patients. I hope this practice gets shut down .

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI arrived at 4:34 PM for a 4:30 PM appt. When I finally got to the window at 4:38 PM, due to being stuck behind another customer that was scheduling an appt, I was informed by the woman at the front desk that the 4:30 PM appts do not allow for a 15 minute grace period or ANY grace period. Apparently, even if I was 1-2 minutes late I would be rescheduled is what I was told. Most times I sit for 10 minutes before being called back & then another 5-10 minutes waiting in the room for the provider to come in. This is never a problem for me as I understand that the providers may be busy or running behind on other appts. It’s unfortunate that their patients are not given the same respect just because of the time of day they decided to have scheduled an appt. At no time prior to this incident was I EVER informed of this “no grace period for 4:30 PM appts” policy. I asked the woman at the window where that policy could be found in writing or if it is ever communicated to patients, she said she did not think so. I asked why this would not be told to patients, she did not have an answer for me. Only that we needed to reschedule and asked what day I’d like to come back. I’d completely understand being turned away for being 4 minutes late if this information was told to me prior to me arriving or made viewable in some way or another for my knowledge. I live 40 minutes away from the office & like many others, had to leave work for this appt using valuable PTO hours for no reason. Never in all my years of going to a medical provider have I ever experienced this kind of unprofessionalism lack of compassion for patients. To turn a patient away for being 4 minutes late with no prior warning that this would be the case is completely unethical & demonstrates that their care is not for the patient but for themselves. I had been a patient with their office for nearly 10 years & got OB care for my first pregnancy through this office & was always pleased with my care & office staff. After this, I am deeply disappointed in how I was treated. It truly showed me that the quality of care depends on convenience for the doctors rather than well being of patients. This experience has truly made me feel uncared for and makes me uncomfortable to even return to see a doctor who refused to see me over 4 minutes. If I was earlier on in my pregnancy I would be switching providers but given that I am nearly at the end of my pregnancy I have no option but to continue through this office. I think it goes without saying but I don't plan to continue care with the office after this pregnancy.

Me and my fiancé came here for our ultrasound appointment and we have our daughter with us. Of course the natural instinct is to bring her with us. When we went to check in they instantly tell us only one person per appointment with no exception even in the waiting room (my daughter is 1) and even when my fiancé tells them we were not aware of any rule changes and didn’t plan to keep her anywhere they suggests we leave my daughter “at a McDonald’s” or “In the car”. This experience was very unprofessional and even our initial appointment the nurses seems to not care or have a sense of consideration. This was our very first ultrasound with our 2nd child and we were excited but they killed that entire experience. The lack of sympathy and empathy is felt

The visits have, thus far, been fine, but their web portal and app are rage inducing. Doing a password reset or trying to sign in is literally click, wait two minutes, then the screen responds like you just clicked it, spins for about three-five minutes, and when you have to do a text or email verification code, it either never shows up or will eventually show up with 10 of them. I recorded but can't post a video of me trying to reset my password, it was already a minute in when I started recording a two minute video, then at least another minute for the page to finally move to the next page, which is crazy in 2022.

They have been bought out by Florida and no longer accept insurance through the market place. So any AZ insurance through United they don’t take. Mind you we pay a lot of money for insurance but it’s not good enough. Anyways, I was completely distraught because I found out my baby stopped growing and I knew I needed a d&c. I wanted to be seen here because they did all my prenatal care. I left in tears. My husband went in to find out how much out of pocket and they lady said $150 for the visit. So we decided to stay just to confirm baby had stopped developing. Tell me why I got a bill today for $180 for that visit? It’s completely disheartening and dishonest. I paid even more the next day for the ultrasound. To confirm no fetal pole. The doctor NEVER followed up or called with the next steps. This all took place at 11/3. I’m glad they don’t take my new insurance because I found someone else who really cares about our loss and prioritized helping us with our loss. Sorry I love you Dr Howard but Davidson is not it and the billing practices are completely ridiculous and dishonest.

I have been going to this place for years.. about 10 years but calling to get an appointment or reaching out on their website is a COMPLETE JOKE!!! I've been hung up on, tried waiting for a callback only to have it ring once then they are done.. haven't heard back at all from contacting through the website. I did get ahold of them today only to go find out I apparently needed an appt that I was unaware about and now I have no refill for my prescription and my insurance benefits end month end and they don't have anything open till that day.. I was also told the last 2 appts I wouldn't need to be seen every year but every year they say I need to be seen to get a new prescription..I really wish I would of went somewhere else last year when I had many of the same issues..

If I could give zero, I definitely would. This morning it was supposed to be my first visit there, I had some questions and I called before I went there. I really wanted to be positive and happy about this visit even though I was already having anxiety, I don't like doctor's visits and I don't like small waiting rooms, they cause panic attacks and make me sick, I am claustrophobic and this nonsense with masks make it even worst. I was hoping for welcoming answers to my questions and advice from the person who took the call, my bad I did not ask her for the name by the way she should introduce herself when she answered my call, the did not.So, I did not get any answers, the total opposite, this lady was rude, not happy with my questions, she was annoyed and irritated by my questions and she hang up on meSeriouslyI called back because I wanted to get her name but there was a long wait time on hold so I chose the call-back option, they NEVER called back.I canceled my appointment online and I will NOT BE BACK THERE

I was in November of 2021 because I was having unbearable me trail cramps and throwing up from them and other issues. It felt like the Dr. didn’t really care or maybe even believe me. I right off the bat asked for a ultrasound because ovarian cysts are common on my family. He just kept talking about birth control and nothing will help but birth control, which I really didn’t want to go on. After doing the ultrasound, finding out I had a very small cysts and that my lining doesn’t fully shed, I agreed to just go on the birth control. But I don’t like that it was shoved down my throat basically, before even figuring out what was wrong. He wrote a 3month prescription and noted to come back after the 3months. I haven’t had any issues with my period or the birth control so I wasn’t really planning to do another appointment. Called to refill the prescription and was told I CAN’T refill the prescription unless I come in for an appt. So basically I have to drive 45min over there, pay a copay, and sit in their lobby for probably 40+ minutes since their never on schedule………just to get a prescription refill. Very tedious.

1st time here, got in at a responsible time. The dr was so rushy and didnt explain much. Yet alone tell me to get undressed for an exam and left the room then comes back and asks if I'm ready? I said ready for what?! He just says to get undressed. I do so, then he doesn't tell me hes going "in" or explain what hes doing & just says I'm fine, explains how getting pregnant works and walks out. I just walked out since i wasnt even sure if i could leave? Felt violated.Update: Ended up in the hospital with a cyst & uncontrollable bleeding. So thanks for the dr here for not running any testing on me & telling me im fine.

I had an appointment and waited an hour just to be told that the doctor wasn't going to show up. Went the following week with an appointment and had to wait 2 hours just for the doctor to explain my results under 5 minutes.

Visited for my 3rd pregnancy. I came in with so many questions since my last 2 deliveries were emergency C-sections. All my questions were answered at all my visits. I did have a scheduled C-section and recovery was the best ever. I felt back to normal in 8 days. Doctor S. Has been the best provider I have ever had. If we decide to extend our family Doctor. S will be our doctor for sure.
