Fourth time over the past 15 years we have used Cosimo and team in different homes. Recently had new floors and baseboards installed through entire house. Finished product turned out great. The showroom is packed with numerous choices and there is no pressure or guiding to the most expensive products. Will continue to use for future projects.

Paradise Tile and Stone had a huge selection of flooring and we found what we were looking for immediately. Cosmos was very helpful and easy to work with. We were very impressed with the installers, they were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend!

Paradise tile was our first stop to replace flooring in our home. After getting a price which seemed a bit, high we shopped around for a better deal. While others quoted lower prices, they were significantly less responsive and informative. We ended up back with Cosimo and his team and are so thankful we did. He kept us informed of the time line and communicated clearly every step of the way. The team worked so hard and was very respectful of the rest of our home. We are exceptionally happy with the outcome and pleased that there were no surprise charges! Will be using them again for future projects.

Worked with Cosimo and Paradise Tile to replace about 800 sq ft of carpet. The flooring was replacing carpet in a tri-level and Cosimo pointed out, unlike other flooring places that provided quotes, the amount of detail that would be required to make it look nice. Since other places didn't mention anything about the amount of detail, this solidifed the decision to go with Paradise Tile.Picked out flooring and install day came. The flooring that would go on the stairs, later found out to be called stairnoses, were not up to the quality of Cosimo's standards. Frustrated, but thankful he didn't just install the floor, picked out another type of flooring.The new floor was installed and couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommend Paradise Tile if you're looking for flooring!

Great company and owner to work with. We had LL wood flooring which was buckling and the existing carpet had stains.Cosimo helped us with the process. Two different installers did a great job. I would use Paradise tile and carpet again.

They were pretty good and very friendly. There was some confusion with the install dates several times and the owner keeps all of his records in a paper notebook which leads to some trouble finding quotes and just overall organization, hence the above. Also they charge a high fee if you want to pay with a credit card. Overall was happy with the way it turned out though.

When we decided to get our tile floors replaced with laminate, we turned to a referral from a friend and then yelp, where we found Paradise Tile & natural stone. Cosimo was really helpful during our consultations, and it's clear he takes tremendous pride in delivering an excellent product and value to his customers, which is why we chose them. Once we decided to hire paradise, we were booked really quickly. The crew was absolutely fantastic. 3.5 day job, they were on time every single morning, they took great care with our belongings, cleaned everything everyday before leaving. They were a well oiled machine. The speed and efficiency and talent is really quite something. The finished product? fantastic. The difference these new floors have made is incredible. Feels like a new house. We can't say enough about Paradise Tile and Natural Stone. We purchased carpet from them and were impressed with the amount of choices they had and the amount of customer service Cosimo and his son give to their customers. Their pricing is great and we were kept informed about arrival and installation dates. Joey and Roberto, their installers, are absolutely 5 star, too. They did an absolutely beautiful job! We would highly recommend Paradise Tile & Stone to anyone who is in the market for flooring. It is an excellent example of a local owned business that gives you the service you will not find at a big box store.

Ultimately, we went with Cosimo for our flooring because of his wealth of knowledge. Never felt sold or pressured. We went through a process of deciding whether we wanted tile, vinyl or laminate. Cosimo had all the answers to our problems. And the flooring job turned out great!! Very clean, great job in just 3 days. Highly recommend!!

I was very fortunate to use Paradise Tile for flooring in the past (2017) and now recently when my family moved into a new property. This project went excellent and his workers are top notch. I felt 100% comfortable leaving the property in their care throughout the removal of existing carpeting and tile, leveling of the subfloor and laying of the new SPC solid core vinyl plank. Included in our quote was also the replacement of all the floor molding which added a finishing touch making a 27 year old property look new again. This floor is extremely easy to clean and durable for us with our pets. Their workers are very mindful of doing high quality and diligent work (I was blown away at their time management) and Cosimo came out several times to monitor progress while the work was ongoing. We look forward to enjoying the floor for years to come.

Cosimo is top notch customer service. Came out to measure, brought samples we had looked at in the store and got the quote out to us quickly and the job scheduled within a couple of weeks! The team he sent to install were hard workers and got the job done in 2 days and even cleaned up and mopped before the left!

This company is the best of the best. We found it through Yelp due to its great reviews. And we were not disappointed. Since we were out of town, we just gave him the key of the house and came back to a beautiful flooring. We highly recommend this company and certainly will use it again in the future.
