I ordered a cake for my wedding and they sent it without the decoration. I asked for the flowers. I asked for them made of gum paste. They charged me extra for them and they put some roses on the cake with an ugly color, nothing to do with the decoration of my party. We had bad service. I had to talk so that they would leave the flowers that I ordered wrongly.

I called last minute for a tres leches cake. They was accommodating and had it done asap. I had never tried one I liked until today. It was amazing. Thank you for helping me out last minute and making a delicious cake.

We’ve been coming to them for a few years, giving them chance after chance. They’ve always been short and rude but this last time we went was the last straw. They don’t ever want to work with you and if by some miracle they do, it’s always with an attitude. Save yourself the time and trouble of coming here. Asked them to put a specific year on the cake and they couldn’t even do that simple task-gave us so much trouble when we asked for it.NO VAYAN CON ELLOS. AHÓRRESE SU TIEMPO, DINERO, Y PAZ DE SU VIDA. No pudieron poner el año correcto en el pastel, algo tan sencillo y cuando les preguntamos era con una actitud fea. If I could I would rate 0. It's my daughter 8th birthday the cake That they made versus what I ordered are two different cakes. I'm so upset I will never come back. Make sure you provide them with pictures and Be super extra specific with what you want.

When I came to pick up my cake I saw others leaving with really complex beautiful cakes but mine looked rushed and super basic. Got a sugar sheet and they couldn’t bother to make it the size of the whole cake or even cut the white border off. They say they couldn’t do the original cake I wanted (a cut out of huggy Wuggys face which is close to a heart shape) but yet they have a whole detailed dragon cake on their page? Not to mention I said I’d pick up at 3pm that weekend, everyone there was also to pick up theirs and somehow they are still working on everyone’s cake? Suuuure. Waited an additional 30 minutes for disappointment.. Was a customer for years but never coming back after this one.

Gets one star for the simple fact that they completed a cake. I've order cakes from here several time and yes they do in fact always mess up with the color theme and fillings but that is no biggie for me as their tres leches does taste great. Well this time I called and the girl who put in the order for me (Cherry) sounded like she was very attentive to me. I told her I wanted tres leches cake and she asks me what flavored cake. So as a natural response I say vanilla. I let her know if I can also please get a filling of strawberry with nuez. She takes my order and I did the horrible mistake of paying full that same day. I went to get my cake a few days later at the given time which was 4PM, only to get the news of them saying my cake was not done just yet. No biggie it's busy I understand. I get my cake at around 4:30PM looks very simple whatever. I just wanted to leave. We cut the cake that night and realize it was not tres leches at all and no nuez filling was on it. My family only likes tres leches so no one really ate it but the kids. There is more than half the cake left in the fridge. I call the place spoke to the lady in charge named Ericka. She took a good 5 min looking for the receipt and said the receipt did not have tres leches written on it. It only had vanilla cake. I explain it's not possible we always order from here and we always get tres leches. I specifically remember telling the lady who got my order that I wanted tres leches. She goes in explaining that it was basically MY FAULT for not communicating with the lady properly on how I wanted my cake exactly. So because the lady asked me what flavor I wanted and I replied vanilla she automatically forgot about me telling her I wanted tres leches and did not write it down. I told her okay well either way you guys did not put nuez in it. She explained some confusing theory on how they don't put nuez on basic cakes unless it's tres leches. I told her exactly so if I wanted nuez then wasn't it obvious it was a tres leches cake with vanilla cake? She goes back to putting the blame on me for not COMMUNICATING properly to the lady on SPECIFIC DETAILS. This whole time I'm having a conversation with Ericka I hear her in the background speaking to some other lady telling her how I sound so mad and she's explained to me and asks her to give her a phone number so I can call that person and she can get me off the line cause she's fed up. All I wanted was for me to be able to return the cake and get my $65 refunded or ATLEAST HALF because it's more than half cake I have left. Ericka said "I can only give you $5 back for not having the nuez, but even then I don't have to do that." Like wow what great MANAGEMENT customer service you have. I told her I would personally go to the bakery and ask to speak to management. She replies, I can go but she will tell me the exact same thing and basically nothing will be resolved. She gives me the number to the other location and tells me I have to speak to Michelle who is who took my order. I let her know on my receipt it says cherry and she explains that's the same lady. I get it mistakes happen. But it's one thing to let a mistake happen and OWN UP TO IT and give the customer what they'd think is fair to get. And another thing is to MESS UP, BLAME THE CUSTOMER, AND IGNORE THE PROBLEM. For sure going into the bakery, taking the cake and ask to speak to management if not today then tomorrow. It's not fair how all these bad reviews are here of bad customer service after they mess up and refuse to give a refund or discount. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. Because you will surely not be satisfied 2 out of 3 times.

Let me start by saying, This Place Isn't What It Used To Be. Their cakes were the best in my opinion. Their 3 leches with pecans with Banana filling was absolutely delicious. Every birthday, baby shower, or event that needed a cake, this was our to go to place... Even my wedding cake was from here and I loved it.I ordered our usual cake for my son's birthday last week. (8 inch 3 leches with banana filling) ... HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The cake was very dry!!! Too sweet!!! And in my opinion overpriced for what I got.. And I should mention they charged me for the decorations when I bought and took my own... They looked for a way to charge me for the decorations when it easily could have been airbrushed.. well I don't think I will be going back any time soon and it's sad cause now I have to look for another location since holidays and birthdays are coming up these next months.
