All of the staff at this complex are very helpful and efficient. Our microwave was having some trouble the other day, and in this case, Hector and Noah were right on top of it! Excellent service, and now we are back in business. The Pavilions is fortunate to have them here. Great place!

I don’t live here but went to view today, and Matt was so welcoming and knowledgeable! He asked the right questions to figure out which unit will suit my needs best, and had answers to all my questions. He made me feel heard and like he cared about me getting what I need! I will be applying after such a good experience today! Thank you Matt!

Lived here for 10 months and the staff were ALWAYS super nice and helpful. Anytime we had a problem maintenance (specifically clay and chris) were prompt to fix the issue. We loved our time here!

I recently relocated from Colorado, and decided to rent before making a hasty decision to purchase.
I found this property while out on a bike ride, and immediately decided to schedule a tour.
Now after living here for 4 months, I can honestly say that I am very pleased.
The staff has been extremely welcoming (Laurie, Cassie, and Matt), and they truly make me feel like part of their family.
No property is perfect, and despite the small balconies, my small one-car garage (there are 2-car garage options as well), occasional leftover dog poop, and the foot traffic noise I hear through my neighbor’s wall…🙄
I’ve felt very safe, and right at home here!
In addition to our stellar leasing team, our maintenance guys (Noah & Chris) are prompt, trustworthy, and thorough when any of my service requests have been made.
The location is fantastic; right next to light rail, the Grand Canal pathway, and the Uptown/7th Ave vibe just a few steps away!
I would highly recommend considering The Pavilions On Central property as your future residence! You’re welcome! 😎

I wish I had seen the other review about the ground floor units. DO NOT live on the ground floor. The concrete between the ceiling and ground amplifies all noise, and I’ve dealt with that before. However, it becomes impossible to cope with if you’re unlucky enough to live underneath one of the many families here with small children and/or yappy dogs. There are 3 adults and 4 large children and a dog living in the 2 bedroom above me (idk how that’s legal but the manager doesn’t seem to care). In my case, the family lets their kids run rampant, bouncing balls, stomping and running around, wrestling, yelling, screaming, crying, etc at all hours. Especially over summer break, their children consistently kept me up until 2am. At first the manager took my concerns seriously and spoke to the family but has since not responded to any of my complaints. The manager is negligent and extremely unprofessional. I will say everyone else who works here is awesome, the leasing agents and maintenance are top notch. But for the love of all that is holy do not live on the ground floor of this complex.

Nearly everything about this complex is great. There is excellent community here and the office staff are friendly and easy to talk to. The buildings and pool are beautiful. We also love the grills around the complex as well as the fitness center.
The only major issue is parking. Other than designated spots/garages, there is limited parking inside the complex. If you can’t park in the complex, you can park on the street, but during school hours there is no parking there. I have gotten 3 parking tickets since living here and have started parking around the corner (but there is no street lighting over there…scary!). Hopefully something can be done about the parking situation in the future.

We are coming up on our 3rd lease and it will be our last. This place has changed a bit. The 24HR gym has been locked for a week and the pool was green for about 4 days a few weeks ago and just doesn’t seem to get cleaned as regularly. We were in the last few months of our lease as our old Property manager was leaving. It would have been nice to receive a notice of such a change just in case we wanted to look for other places. The complex it is a beautiful and well kept. The new property manager is communicative and addresses things as they come so I do appreciate that.

Ryan and Cassie have been helping us with our move and have to say this has been a great experience. Ryan started us off with a tour, provided videos for us of a unit similar so we could plan. And Mrs. Cassie has been so helpful with getting everything we need to move in. She's also answered 1000's questions with a smile (although I'm pretty sure we are high maintenance). I haven't seen this kind of great service in an apartment building in years. We can't wait to move in this next month!
