Person in charge was not helpful. Almost zero storage spaces available. Only 5 x 8. I questioned the attendant why he said, "These are $59.95". I told him that their website said $50 per month. He said, "Well, straight from the horse's mouth, $59.95". I just motioned to my wife with my head, "Let's go". That was that. We went to another facility and rented a much larger space than two of the 5 x 8 at Pecos. It was only a few dollars more and it's climate-controlled. Pecos is very hot.

They will refill your propane tank. Good to know if you can't find a nearby source.

Using the Pecos storage facility for parking a truck and trailer or recreational vehicles seem to good.Almost 2 years ago while they were adding security barbed wire to the top of the block wall for security, while welding they caused a fire that burned some storage sheds. Ours was one of them. I made a list from memory of everything that was not usable or salvageable. We still havent gotten reimbursed. I have called multiple times and left messages. I have left several messages on their websites contact me messaging email service.Not one return email or phone call.I feel their customer service with an incident like this is unacceptable.I would really appreciate some kind of resolution.
