Amazing staff, always friendly and the quality of the food and drinks are great. I may be biased bc I work at SkyHarbor but honestly I choose them over Starbucks bc they're just so kind there, even when they have a rush. Shout out to Jordan! ?

Does not accept Peet's Coffee gift cards. Not sure how you can have the name, but not accept a gift card bought from the actual company.

Stopped here to grab a coffee and a danish, and had to write a review while sitting here waiting for my flight. Looking at some of the previous negative reviews, I can honestly say my experience was nothing like that. The crew was extremely friendly, everything was ready very quickly, and they made one heck of an iced vanilla latte. The cheese danish was also pretty spectacular. Now to see if I can avoid that dreaded middle seat on my flight...

Very nice customer service and the iced cold brew oat milk latte is very good. Prices are of course high for being at the airport but location is great for those at terminal 4 going to terminals A17+. The staff were helpful and worked as a team which made for a 6am flight to start on a good note.

Not all food was good, enchiladas were Luke warm, steak was not what was expected and on the tough side. We asked for the salad before the main meal and it came after the main meal brought out. No refill on our drinks. But I must say that when we shared with the waitress about the steak she went back and out came the rudest individual I have ever encountered at any establishment. His foot stomping, nasty attitude definitely didn’t show any respect to the paying customer. Matter a fact I would say his attitude fell into the category of “threatening “. Not once did we ask for it to be taken off the bill, nor raised a tone of voice. Customer service is very poor there. Never again will we return!!!!! On top of everything else, it was an automatic 20% gratuity because we had. 5 adults and 1 child. Therefore, we could not express our dissatisfaction in the service and the nasty attitude the guy had.

Always enjoy the friendly staff here. Food is always well kept and clean. Their cold sandwiches are really good and stored properly. Their coffee is really good and reasonably priced. Always enjoy getting my ice vanilla latte.
