The customer service between the toll free number and the representatives are the absolute worst. Nobody actually listens to what you are saying. For you to be the most expensive in the business you’d think they’d have far better customer service. It’s crazy you’re willing to lose business when someone is willing to pay more because no one can understand you need a car carrier and not a tow. Only to find out that 2 days before your move you’ll be paying $250 more because nobody fixed your reservation after telling 3 different people. First, last, and only time ever thinking about Penske for anything.

One service attendant has got to go. One anti-social who has you waiting when I arrived at the wash bay for 30 minutes is uncalled for. I am still waiting to wash the truck.

Was here because sadly I was in a car accident right infront of there store I had to waited for hours for cops to show and noone did as I was waiting I need to use the restroom and they were so kind and let me use it and even opened doors for me as I was injured and needed help to walk..

They dont even deserve 1 star. Been here all day and they try to push us into a truck with a cracked windshield. DOT violation!!! Service manager was rude and definitely will not go here again. The staff is puahy and rude would not doubt if they were on drugs.

Absolutely worst service I've had. Truck been there for over a week for a lose inverter wire, no one can tell me if the truck has even been looked at. Called Penske 1800 number to see if they can get some info where the phone operator told me "chill, the problem with you Americans is you're so impatient". When i told him that they are costing me a fortune in failed loads he said there is nothing they can do about it.

So my Company truck a Kenworth T680 2023 went into the shop for a recall. Got a Penske rental and the truck was a mess. Garbage was hidden everywhere. But there was a cab sanitized sign in the cab. Guess if you think it it is.

This Penske didn't communicate with me about what was wrong with my New Peterbuilt truck. Was having a problem with fuel restrictions. They put the computer on it and found nothing. I sat for 9hrs.I had to go find the service people who did a change of shift. For TWO Hours I couldn't find anyone. Had to call them from my truck to get the shop manager who neglected me after the shift change. They replaced the fuel filter and sent me on my way almost 10hrs later. Got back out on the road and still having the same problem. After going to another Penske shop I learned there are 3 filters. The other two where badly clogged. Don't recommend this place.

The WORST service department…perpetually backed up. The new thing is every time I try to check in I’m told it’ll probably beca week, or we’ll send it to the dealer. Before that it was “we won’t have a diagnostics person for several days”. There have also been the time I’d check in, and nobody would even look at it til after I was scheduled to pick it up.They may or may not be okay to rent from, but if you want your truck maintained, I would lease elsewhere.

The service dept. At this location is the worst in the Nation! Not 1 time have they kept their word on timelines, and their work is below par. They have had my truck for almost 2 months after taking it in just for preventive maintenance. The loaner truck I'm forced to drive isn't even safe to be on the road!

We rent trucks from this location during our peak moving and delivery season. The trucks are always clean and ready to go Staff is extremely professional and rates are very good.

We had rented a Penske truck a few years back and loved it. This time around not so much. We are moving from Arizona to Florida and this vehicle had these bad tires. They were even previously marked off. Thankfully my husband checked the truck before driving off so we let them know. The branch manager, Erin, said the vehicle was drivable and on to go per the mechanic. Umm no, we are driving 2200 miles in summer weather. This is putting our move way late. We had to complain so they change the tires. Really disappointed

Nick did an incredible job helping me figure out why my cruise control wasn't working. He was very kind, patient, and brilliant!!! Long story, I have to disconnect the airlines every night from the trailer if I turn the truck off. He said less than 1 percent chance it's the trailer. He was right!!!

Rented a truck for my moving company. I usually use enterprise because they charge me $90/day and 12cents a mile. Penske said they would match rates and they ended up charging me $220/day and 21cents a mile. My bill for 10 days of renting through Penske was higher than I pay for an entire month from enterprise and this was supposed to be a commercial rate!! The girl on the phone gave me attitude because "I don't understand their billing" You're right I don't understand getting charged over twice your competitor and in some industries that's even illegal.
