Jack was beyond amazing & ensured we were taken care of when time was of the essence.I, unfortunately, had made a reservation a month prior at another Penske Rental place on Raintree in Scottsdale for a cargo van (this establishment is completely useless, unhelpful and LAZY). They gave us the wrong truck on the day of our ‘out of town’ move & did nothing to help us. Told us there was no availability of what we had reserved a month ago so we either had to size up or get nothing.I called the customer service line and asked to speak with a supervisor or director who could help me since Raintree would not.I was put in contact with Jack.He immediately did a search of the area & found the van we had reserved at another Penske in Glendale and called to secure that van. He took care of the reservation so by the time we arrived all we had to do was swap out vehicles and away we went.Jack understands what good customer service is and understands that moving in itself is stressful & when things go awry it makes the situation worse. He did everything to help us and we could not be more grateful.

Top service! I will never use Uhaul in Phoenix! Penske is a real business with excellent quality! They have their own garage for repairs, car wash, and gas pumps all on their grounds. The rental office has the prestine feel of a car dealership and the employees are as professional as you could ask for. Oh yeah, great rates as well! Thanks Penske for making my move a little easier!

Great service, support and quick response, clean location.Jack is great,quickly resolved our problem. We did a cross country move with Penske truck rental. We were able to park the truck here during the move.

Always have to wait for fuel. They're not supposed to all go on break at the same time but in the United States, this one is that exception. Plan on a 30 minute wait and company to spend thousands on downtime 9 out of 10 times 2 years straight

DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I rented a truck from these people a week ago. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE UNTIL IT CAME TO REFUNDING MY DEPOSIT. Because I used a prepaid debit card they will not release my deposit for 10 days. I don't have money like that and was never informed they would hold the money for 10 days so now I SIT WITH 1 DOLLAR TO MY NAME WHILE THEY PLAY WITH 121 dollars of mine for 10 days.. UHAUL HERE I COME.

Made a reservation last week. The chandler location said they don't have it anymore so they send me to Phoenix. Then I get here and they said someone was supposed to call and tell you we don't have a truck for you. But are giving trucks out to bigger companies who booked the day before.Good job guys. Classy.
