And people wonder why penske is cheaper!!! My mom got a truck from AZ to MO, cool thanks!! But here's the problem the guy who hooked up her car never attached the chains to the frame underneath! The car shifted and she didn't know why! She told me she kept checking the car and the tire straps were loose! When she got her car here I looked underneath and no chains were attached. Yes I photos to prove it. Nice going guys your lucky nothing happened to my mom or her car!

I gave Marty a call at Penske's when Hertz dropped the ball big time. Let me explain. I rented a cargo van with Hertz 3 months prior. The week of I got a confirmation email and text. The day of pick up I get a call from Hertz explaining the sold all their vans. They were unapologetic and did not provide a solution. Now I know you are saying what does this have to do with Penske. Well, I'm getting to that. I called around that morning in a panic and Marty offered me the best price and great customer service! Every other place I called was some punk kid that felt like they were reading from a script over the phone. Thank you Marty at Penske for helping my wife and I keep our plans!

Mardi's customer service is on point. She was super friendly and helpful even when it cost her time during a busy part of the day. Ultimately she saved us several hundred dollars by doing this so I couldn't be happier with her.

Marty is the truth! Down to earth and very knowledgeable about her rentals. She is the coolest counter manager I’ve ever encountered. When I arrived to the state 3years ago I dropped at this same location and now I’m picking up here again. Trucks are clean! USE HER LOCATION!!!! You won’t be sorry.

Mardi was awesome. Best experience renting a truck I’ve ever had. It’s clear that she takes pride in her business. Truck was cleaned and ready to go across country to Indiana. Very easy return after hours at Terre Haute location. Strongly recommend Penske and this Bell Rd location specifically.

We came here to set everything up for our move back to the east coast and Mardi was very helpful!! It was an easy process from start to finish! We had no issues on the day we set everything up and we had no issues on the day we loaded up. Mark was helpful in getting our car carrier attached and our car guided on the carrier. Happy with our experience and I highly recommend it!!

Rented our truck to the person in line ahead if me. Blamed me because the other guy wearing the masked looked like me. Charge a card that didn’t belong to me. I can get over the fact that walking in the front door looks like a meth house and probably a scam, but their only job is to give the right truck to the right person. Cant even do thatI just called the 800 number they gave me. There’s no one there to help unless I want to make another reservation. Why would I possibly do that?
