  The adoption center at this Petco is wonderful; it's the best aspect by far, and it's even better than those in other pet supply stores. However, during my three visits, the staff has been consistently rude, unhelpful, or both. When I inquired about the location of an item, I was directed to the wrong place, waited for five minutes, while an employee working an understaffed area helped a customer. Then, the employee he referred me to seemed extremely annoyed to be asked to do his job. This same employee also wrongly accused me of attempting to defraud the store when I pointed out an error on my receipt; items advertised as BOGO 50%-off were charged at full price. Despite clear signage, he denied they were wrong, even making the suggestion that Idid get the sale price. Another associate pointed out his mistake.
  I am editing my rating to 4 stars simply because of how cool the adoption area is. No cages, you can go in and just meet the cats in their chill space which is hooked up with cat trees and toys as well as comfy chairs to kick back in while you get to know your future furbabyI love this, I always get sad when I see the cats in cages at other rescue/ adoption locations. 🥰😻😭

  They have what I need and are nice. Ppl outside are ghetto though but not their fault. Probably why they run low on carts, too.

  People in here were very unhelpful cashier was more concerned about what was on her phone and helping me find the medicine for my cat

  Took my puppy Dalmatian for her first set of shots and was convinced to pay $299 for a whole package. Scheduled her second visit online and when I get there my puppy is so nervous she throws up and they refuse to see her. Everyone there was so rude and unprofessional. They told me I would need to reschedule but that if it happened again they still wouldn’t give her the vaccines. This is a pet store I’m sure they’ve seen nervous pets before. The whole package feels like a scam. If the shots aren’t done within a certain period then I have to pay for the boosters all over again! I would not recommend their vet services. I will be calling corporate for my refund and taking my puppy somewhere else.

  After my puppy is done getting his 2nd round of puppy shots we will never come back. Petco does not offer me a good experience when I go there and today being told he couldn’t get vaccinated because someone put in his chart he had a reaction to the first one. When and who told anyone that?! I asked and was told there are no details of who put that in or when/why. Well duh, because It never happened. How can anyone document anything on a chart and not have a paper trail?? Summers attitude SUCKED as well too by the way. She didn’t wanna communicate with me at all and when I asked her to talk to the customer service lady her, she basically said no. Well look. I paid for my dogs services back in December so he WILL be vaccinated today. And he was, no thanks to SUMMER and 30 minutes past my appointment time.

  Always go to this Petco for dog food I placed a. Mobile order recently and chose curbside pick up so I wouldn’t have to get out of my car I put the order in and within 1 hour order was ready for pick up I went to pick it up 30 minutes later and parked outside and did what the app instructed and let them know I was there waited in my car for almost 30 minutes no one came out. So I went inside the store to see what was going on no one was at the register waited by the register for about 10 minutes until an employee finally noticed me (employee was not wearing any uniform or any indication that she worked there was just wearing regular clothing) asked what I needed I let her know I was there for a Curbside pick up and was waiting outside for a while and no one ever came out with my order all she said was “okay” didn’t apologize or anything then just handed me my order. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received and what’s the point of offering curbside pick up if I still have to go inside.

  Since when is it store policy to not accept returns from other Petco locations? Seriously dumb policy. Was returning overpriced bird food to begin with so now even more reason not to shop here.

  Went in to buy some items for my dog. When I walked in I seen they had a basket of dog toys. It had a sign stating 2 for $5. I grabbed some & none of the 6 that i took to the register were 2 for $5. There was multiple of the same toys in the basket. Was told that only the ones all the way at the bottom were 2 for $5.

  Came in here for a vaccination appointment. Came in 10 minutes early. Took about 30 minutes of waiting in line to check in and wait for dogs in front of us. I read the check-in policy and it stated that I needed to bring in previous pet records. I brought in 13 years of pet records, a whole stack. The guy checking me in looked them over and handed them back without saying there was an issue. Not one time did he tell me that they were only going to give me a one year rabies vaccine I came in for a three-year vaccine. I paid $40 for one year rabies vaccine without being told that it was only good for one year. It says they administered a three-year vaccine but that it expires in one year. There is no way to contact via email or by phone to resolve this issue. I went to license my dog today and they told me I would need to renew my rabies in one year or get it fixed by the “vet” and give them an updated record. I would have absolutely never agreed to have a one year rabies vaccine for my dog. I could’ve gone anywhere else in the county and got the three-year rabies vaccine that I paid for.
