This place is sucks. I needed three gold fish and asked me about fish tank size and other kind of questions. Then I have to tell what other kind of fish I have inside the Tanks. Ok, so what? They will be big and the tank size is not enough? I feel I look an idiot. I know I have to take them into larger when they will be larger. Or you should tell me. Just feel bad.

Saw the website re adoptions today, and took a ride to check a few dogs of I was interested in. Greeted by fosters introduced me to dogs and found my new lov. Everyone was courteous, helpful and assured me I chose the right dog. The foster Dad gave me full details and a reach number for further. If asked for a rating it would be AAA+. Thank you Petco and those assisting those new pet parents.

The manager Krisit is the rudest manager I have ever interacted with! When I showed her that the cost of the dog food is less on their website, she said "Why don't you just order there then." Which is a valid point HOWEVER their site kept giving me errors hence the reason for the walkin. I also have the option as a consumer to walk in which I would have had to do anyways to pick up the bags. She kept running her mouth to the point where I have now made the decision to shop at Chewy.com. šŖØ

I booked a grooming appointment for the 31st. I was not informed anywhere through the many texts and several emails that my dog could not be on her medication 24 hours prior to her appointment nor is this mentioned anywhere online. Her pain medication has sedative properties in it although she has been on it for over a year and is a very lively girl. So I drove 20 mins blocked time off my books at my own business just to be told she canāt be seen. I donāt care about a discount I donāt care to revisit/ rebook, all I care about is that the company start informing clients of the doās and dontās before a grooming service instead of bombarding me with reminders to bring vaccination records. Its such a simple thing to do online when booking, through the constant reminder texts, or the clearly pointless āhow to prepare for your grooming appointmentā email. So many opportunities to inform someone and none taken.

To be specific, Chloe and Josh are two of the most helpful individuals that we have met in this type of store! Their passion for animals is inspiring, their honesty is refreshing, and we will be coming back! :)
