I have been frustrated with this store before but just accepted it. But not this time. I drove over to purchase a few cans of wet food for my cat. Because of the vet care they have completely remodeled the store. So I had no idea where the brand I usually purchase was. I was having trouble finding it and there were 2 huge carts full of product blocking a good portion of the cat food. I finally saw an associate and asked where the brand was and she pointed "there", right where these carts were. I'm not talking like shopping carts, I mean flatbed palate type carts. Nothing I could move and when I muttered, well how the "h3ll" am I supposed to access it. She completely ignored me and walked away. I am done with this store. I should have taken a picture of these carts. Oh and this was on a Saturday early afternoon!! Awful store.

Horrible service. No one can help. They redirected me to another person and had me wait for no one to show up. I was just getting a fish for my 4 year old.

Went for the shot clinic on a Saturday. Service was very quick. I recommend paying ahead for the clinic so you get in and out as quick as possible.

The staff at Petco have always been friendly and helpful. Staff is always guiding me in the right direction whether it’s with my fish or my dogs.

It was dirty inside and outside, and personal who was cleaning the cages for the little pets, they were not so friendly.

I dread having to come here and wish that a PetSmart would open in the area. If there were any other options, locally, I would never come here again. In all honesty, it might save me time and frustration to drive 20 minutes to a different pet supply store.The store itself is always chaotic and in disarray. The lines are long and there is only one cashier. The employees are a study in inefficiency.It is never a simple experience to come in and get food for my reptiles. Prepackaged live food is always dead and there is a frequent lack of inventory for live crickets. Even if I call ahead and ask if there is inventory, when I get to the store, there is not.

They remodeled recently but the store is poorly lit, cluttered and unorganized. There are always pallets and boxes in the aisles. It always looks messy.

The store was clean and fairly well stocked. Not a lot of choices of the catfood I was looking for WELLNESS GOOD KITTY PATE’. The wait for checkout was long. Only one cashier. I have never received fast checkout at this location. That’s one of the main reasons I don’t shop here. The cashier was extremely polite and helpful. If it wasn’t for him, I probably would not plan on returning. It’s so much easier and cheaper to purchase online at Chewy.

I am so mad at this last visit to Petco. I took my kids to get a couple of new fish. There's only a couple people working and a line at the register so we waited and looked at the fish for awhile. After a bit, we walked up front, the lady at grooming acknowledged me and I asked if we could get someone at the fish department when it's possible, no rush. She said yes, let the guy know who also acknowledged me. So we go back to wait. About 10-15 more min of waiting, a lady shows up with her kids waiting as well. Ok, she saw us, knew we were waiting, I thought. The employee finally came to the fish dept and the last stated talking to him. He saw me, he knew we've been waiting for a long time. She knew we were waiting first. He didn't even say a thing to me, helped her instead and just left us waiting even longer. When he finally got back, he's trying to apologize for the wait. I told him that wasn't ok to help that lady first when he knew we were waiting for a long time. He knew we were there and that she came after us. I told him I don't care if the fish are only¢30, that's not ok and not a reason to just ignore us and keep someone else. And it's not like we were not visible. We were literally 4 feet from this lady when he came. All in the same area. The ONLY reason I waited so long was for my kids. But now my kids as well as myself feel like crap because this guy decided to not say to they other lady to hold on because we were first. And that lady was so rude, it's just amazing. She not only taught her kids that other people don't matter but showed my kids that people are jerks. The guy tried to say he'll help us checkout even if there's someone in line. I said no, I'm not going to do that to someone just like it was done to us. The guy wasn't rude with his words but with his actions. I'm done with this place. One too many times there's been big issues here.

If I could select a negative number I would. We heard good thing about the grooming. So we schedule an appointment for both our PUPPIES. I mention because of the event we encountered. First I gave the correct bread of puppies we have and their birthdates.... Grooming listed them as schnauzers. Wrong. We show you on time for the visit and the grooming clerk who did not have a name badge appeared to have an attitude and accused us of giving the in correct details about our puppies. Inappropriate. We attempted to explain about our Puppies and their behavior which should be important to a groomer. Laveen was the first to get taken in however a leash was placed as a noose around her neck. We expressed she is anxious the clerk did not appear to care. The clerk in fact began to raise her voice along with choking and dragging our puppy. Then she stated, "are you sure she has been to the groomers." With a raised voice. Next my husband attempted to express Laveen is nervous. The clerk raised her voice exclaiming she does not have to listen to him and that he needs to listen to her. Again she continued to choke and drag our puppy. My husband requested to give our puppy back and we would go elsewhere. What a horrific experience. This all has been reported to the management.
