One poor worker was stuck grooming all the dogs seemingly all day. My dog was there for 4 hours, nobody answered the phone when we called. We went to see if he was ready but she apparently hadn't even gotten his hair cut at all. No dog should be locked up in a cage for so long when they have set appointments for a reason. Management needs to do better clearly. Embarrassing Establishment.

Groomer Olivia did an amazing job with our aging Springer Spaniel yesterday. Being 15, she needs lots of breaks during the process. Olivia was patient with her and pampered her. We are so grateful to receive this kind of love and care for Cocoa. She looks amazing and is much cooler with her fresh haircut. I would recommend Olivia to anyone! Thank you Olivia!

My husband and I were in the area, we have a diff Petsmart or Petco closer to us. We decided to stop in and look at some fish to add to our tanks. We stayed looking for awhile, and then made our selection. My husband went off to find someone since no one even stepped over by the fish area for 30+ minutes. He came back saying someone was coming. Yes, someone did come and it was the worst interaction I ever had with any employee literally anywhere. This lady blondeish hair, pulled back into a bun. And had glasses. I didn’t catch her name because it was a godawful experience I had to leave. This lady comes up and said “what do you need” in a foul attitude. I’m so dumbfounded by the immediate attitude I forgot what I wanted. She just looked so mad that we interrupted her. I throw out what we’re looking for. She immediately said “no you can’t have that” so snarky. She asked us the size of our tank and I barely got out the size of our temp tank waiting on the bigger tank to cycle. And this lady barely let me say the first tank size and said “nope can’t do that”. Then didn’t even educate us if we needed it. (We’ve been fish keepers for a long time, we’re very capable) Anyways, she refused to be kind, refused to help, just seemed so angry to have been asked assistance at a store she literally works at and is there for. I waved her off and told my husband to put down everything we had grabbed and we were leaving. I am not going to give business to a place that allows their employees to treat customers as we were treated. We ended up going to a local fish store, paid a bit more but the experience was leaps and bounds better. Think I’ll cash out my points and wash my hands of this place. Just foul.

Be SURE to ask the price before they take your dog back!! I was quoted 1 price on the phone and way more when I brought my dog in! Plus was told they have a higher weekend price-which I was not told about!! I was going to try them out but left based on this terrible first experience.

My friend and I were here at this PetSmart to get some fish because my friend was looking forward to get fishes all week. When we got there we were looking around at the fish thinking on what fishes would be good for my friend. My friend wanted two goldfish, so we ask the lady working there who had a really messy bun like I’ve never seen a bun that messy before and was wearing a short skirt if she can get us a couple of goldfish. The lady then responded “Um No” even though there was a whole bunch of them in a tank swimming around. My friend responded “can we at least get one since there is a lot of them in the tank?”, she still said plain “No”. My friend was sad that they weren’t able to get any goldfish so instead we got Neon Tetras fishes. My friend and I like to go to PetSmart because we love seeing the animals and the employees are always nice but this one wasn’t so we will not be returning to this PetSmart.

Went in to adopt 2 cats. Asked for help. Waited 30 minutes after asking for assistance. Left when no one came.

Most comprehensive PetSmart around the area. None of the other PetSmarts in the 20min. radius has pine litter.
