First time customer. Awesome customer service from Soraya Toon! I had two areas to be repaired, both estimates were completed as agreed, on time, exact price. Paint was perfectly blended, even the clear coat. This is definitely my new go to shop when referring my customers for collision or appearance work.

A couple years ago my car got swiped bad enough that the driver side door would not open. I picked Phoenix Body Works (dad had previous good experience with them) for repairs, got annoyed to see they were bought out by Allard Collision, but took a chance because the location is convenient. When I got my car back, at least visually, it was like nothing ever happened--fantastic body work.
A year later I took it back due to the windows whistling at highway speeds, and they fixed it in a couple hours, no questions asked. Today I'm back for a separate issue. Soraya has remembered me each revisit, and she's great to work with. Obviously I hate having to get body repairs done, but at least Soraya and the repair techs have made each time as pain-free as possible.

This is the 2nd time we have used Allard Collision and both time they superceded our expectations. They do great work and have the best customer service!

Great job well done on my car. My car looks brand new, rides great and they finished 6 days before the projected date. Kept me updated all the way through the repair . They are collision professionals. Excellent work. I would definitely advise friends and family to use them.

My car spent 29 days in this shop and when it was finally returned, there was additional damage present that was not related to my accident. Parts were missing entirely, lights were cracked, new scratches were present. A few weeks later I brought it back for re-repair for another 3 days. I do commend the staff in dealing with my high-anxiety personality, but the job STILL was not completed properly. There are still clear coat drips and the bumper has new scuffs since the initial repair. Unfortunately there is a lack of attention to detail here and this is just the wrong business for that. At this point I’m fed up with not having my vehicle and my trust in them is long gone. I won’t return and I do not recommend. I tried to let you guys make it right. Maybe you need better lighting in your bay, or something. Embarrassing.
