After a couple of attempts, finally got the principle, Dave who then came by to my business where we met and agreed to start using his services. After this he made no attempt to get started, I had to contact twice more just to get his engagement letter he said he needed which I signed and returned the same day as received. Again I did not get any response to calls, left messages, emailed and then had to call again to get things started. He agreed to help get our 1099's out which were due the next week. I and my IT person then made over seven attempts to contact to get him set up and access. Today, on the 31st (date 1099's are due) he calls and says he doesn't think he will be able to get to my work ... we wasted a month on this fool. Based on my experience, save yourself time and frustration, David Connell/Phoenix Bookkeeping are highly unreliable. I can only imagine how bad it would be if you got reliant on him and he flaked like this. Highly dissatisfied almost customer.
