Phoenix Children’s Hospital - Orthopedics is a highly regarded facility dedicated to caring for children and teens with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. The team at the Herbert J. Louis Center is well-trained and provides expert care, ensuring positive outcomes for young patients. Families appreciate the thorough explanations of treatment options, including risks and benefits, which allow children to participate in making decisions about their own care. Many reviews highlight the kindness, steadiness, and responsiveness of the medical staff, especially noting doctors like Dr. Belthur and Dr. Esparza, who show genuine care and dedication. The hospital has improved its facilities significantly over the years, offering better comfort and care. Patients and families value the communication and support from the entire team, including nurses, radiology staff, and administrative personnel, who help navigate treatment, even from a distance. While some concerns about billing and insurance issues have been mentioned, these do not seem to diminish overall satisfaction with the quality of medical care. The hospital's focus on providing compassionate, attentive, and expert orthopedic care makes it a top choice for pediatric orthopedic needs.
I don't understand the bad reviews for Phoenix Children's. My daughter had a full spinal fusion roughly 10 years ago. Phoenix Children's did everything in their power to make the experience as good as they possibly could. The only thing I am sorry about is that both of kids are too old to go there anymore.
