They have never returned any of my calls. It's quite frustrating. Everything else was great.

I don't understand the bad reviews for Phoenix Children's. My daughter had a full spinal fusion roughly 10 years ago. Phoenix Children's did everything in their power to make the experience as good as they possibly could. The only thing I am sorry about is that both of kids are too old to go there anymore.
