I have used Phoenix Pharmacy for several years now and I've had nothing less a stellar experience! Everyone there is incredibly kind and very dedicated to fine service. The team under Vee (owner/operator) is so amazing every time I need something. They also offer delivery which is super convenient!

I have been using Phoenix Pharmacy for years. I have to say they have excellent customer service and always have been as helpful as can be. I just moved out of state and will honestly miss being able to do business there. Big thanks and kudos. ?

Several times there have been issues with receiving the meds ordered by my doctor and rather than call me to help resolve it or just to let me know what is happening that is stopping me from receiving the meds, they set my expectations for next business day resolution and it takes up to a week or more to fix the issue. Most recently it was 3 weeks, two different prescriptions and partial refills because they can't resolve the issue and I only get a 4-day supply. I have been without certain medications for more than a cumulative month. The lack of communication and telling me "next business day" and it never comes is inexcusable, regardless of the nature of the incident. Just tell me the truth is all I ask. The truth now is that I am going elsewhere...again.------Thank you for replying. My issue is with the communication with the patient part. I can help resolve issues...if I know about them. Please improve setting expectations and communication with the patient part you mentioned. I thought what you sent was all that was prescribed. Your communication of what is happening is all that I have an issue with. I appreciate your thoughtfulness and kindness...but I need to know about them. I didn't know you did that until I ran out of a prescription. Thank you for thinking of me, just please let me know it happens as it is happening, rather than after it is too late for me to take as prescribed. Thank you again for your kindness.Best,Mark

Such a friendly place to go! I see them every month. No lines, the staff remembers you and have your prescriptions ready in under 5 minutes at the most!

Ok, it's my first time here. I usually go to Melrose Pharmacy for compounding needs but their price was $100 for some Magic Mouthwash the doctor had prescribed. I googled other compounding pharmacies near me and Phoenix Pharmacy came up. I called there and spoke to Liz - she said it would be around $25. I drove over there, they said it would take ~20-30 minutes. Boom! It was ready in that timeframe and it was $32 vs. $100 at Melrose. They were nice and saved me serious money in a world where everything is getting crazy expensive. Give them a try but not on a day when I am going there:)

PHOENIX PHARMACY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! Run, dont walk away.I was using Avrio pharmacy in Scottsdale for my dog's compounded seizure meds and they are excellent but too far from me. So, I decided to give Phoenix Pharmacy a try...BIG, BIG MISTAKE!!! First, I call to order script and the tech asks me what the price was I was paying at previous pharmacy for this med, which I thought was a weird question to start. She claimed that they price match & wanted to do that for me. I had forgotten the exact price and told her the price I was actually paying for a previous med my dog was on, which was much, much more expensive. Instead of the tech realizing this and quoting me the actual going rate for this med, which was $61.30 they charged me $100. all because I forgot it was actually $62. So if I had said I was paying $150. would they have "price matched" $150...& made a TRIPPLE PROFIT?? This actually gets worse...I pick up my meds (paying almost double unknowingly, until today...) and get home and realize they shorted me 20 TWENTY pills!!! I call them when I realized, 2 weeks ltr and pill container almost empty already, to ask why I'm short 20 pills and the Pharmacist V makes up some rediculous excuse and says to come down and they will give me the other remaining owed to me. A trip i loved to make; the whole point i switched pharmacies was to save long trips to pick up!! When I called back today after telling him I now realize they charged me over $40., almost double of the going price on the meds anywhere else because they "price matched" what I told them he started to stutter making up excuses AGAIN!! Absolutely insane. I'm reporting them to every organization I can find that monitors pharmacy's to insure this doesn't happen to others!!
