Phoenix precast products is a terrible place to do business, would never patronize them again. I had a simple service request to have them replace a fountain pump on a 3 tier founrain I had purchase from them over 5 years ago. they sent me an estimate which I agreed to. ($304.94). from there all was downhill; sales rep had to be called various times to get a time to come to my house; they were running late, had to reschedule 2 weeks later; finally fountain was working; NEXT day pump came apart from hose; called precast who wanted to charge me an extra $100.00 to come back out again...terrible customer service...

Friendly people working. Didnt buy anything but i was there to pick up an order for work. They were very good in helping load about 6000 pounds of concrete products onto our truck.

So far we have shopped at this location which has a good selection and variety of items to look at, I am not sure if you can buy display items but, Mercede helped us place our custom order so we can get everything in the color & styles of our choice. We are supposed to pick it all up on Feb 4, 2023 so I will update. You can have it delivered for a 20% surcharge but we felt like that was too high since we are only 5 miles away. I will update on the intelligence of that decision as well:)

I purchased a made to order Henri fountain and two large planters from them totaling around $5000. Everyone was excellent. The custom fountain took a long time (about 9 months) to be made and shipped from the manufacture Henri in Chicago. That is just the world we live in currently with supply and manufacturing delays so plan accordingly. Phoenix kept me informed and let me know when there were delays. The planters only took a few weeks and were made locally. Javier was excellent. And finally the delivery driver and team were outstanding! Exceptional care and customer service.

I will never do business with this company again. They still owe my client money for a product they told them not to order until we got the installation issue resolved. After months of back and forth they decide they can't do the installation and now they are forcing my client to pay a restocking fee and are not responding to emails. They have taken their money and have still not refunded them. Worst company I have dealt with ever. There is a reason they are not members of the BBB. Highly unethical and certainly not customer focused.

Purchased 2 scupper bowls from Phoenix precast in 2019. Bowls developed hairline cracks in 2020 and eventually started leaking all the way through in 2021. Called them and sent pictures, but they only offer a one year warranty, which has expired and they will not cover workmanship issues past that. These bowls were not cheap to be replacing every year or two. For that reason, I will be looking for a different product from different manufacturer that will hopefully hold up longer.

I was not sure if I should give a 2 or a 3 star but I went with 3 because the new pots they gave us look nice. You may be wondering why I took some stars off?? We ordered two pots from Phoenix Precast (PP) and upgraded to the Charcoal Brown color. We were told there could be some "slight variation" when it came to the exact color. Well...take a look at the pictures I posted where the circular pot is what we thought we were getting from a color standpoint and the square pot is what we actually got - it's literally black with a SLIGHT hint of brownish/reddish. I also included another picture of the sample color where we went with the one on the right. PP told me that the painter who worked on my pot has been a "little heavy handed" when it came to adding these types of colors. Not sure if they are heavy handed or color blind because those colors do not even sit next to each other on the color wheel. PP said they would have replaced them but now there is a national shortage for the type of color we choose so we would need to select another option. All other options were less expensive compared to what we bought so one would think they would refund us the difference, right? Well, not without us going back and forth a few times and having to bring on a manager's manager to set things right. They did end up refunding us the difference which was the right thing to do to begin with. But why 2 stars??? The icing on the cake is that they charged us a restocking fee of $115. They would not budge on this but they did say they could take that from our refund so we would not have to pay them anymore money...how thoughtful of them!We did end up ordering 2 new pots and they look great but I'm not sure if I would do business with this company again when it comes to more custom type orders.

The useless help of a man who was running your business today (Saturday) was by far the worst customer service person ever. I’ve never wanted more to get my money back and go somewhere else. I was told to pick my merchandise up today. And because the loading guy “was not there today” there was absolutely nothing he could do. The restraint alone I had to endure for someone being so useless was mind blowing. This dude should be fired. Please get better employees who actually care about your business and how they treat people.

The fountain selection here has clearly been on a downward spiral over the past couple years but, my husband and I were still able to find an awesome piece for our patio at a more than reasonable price! The employees here are great people who are definitely knowledgeable about their merchandise.
