When you're there to get a small dewar filled and a Phoenix welding employee driving a tanker blocks you in because he has customers waiting. ? ??Unfortunately it's not the first time that has happened this year.Today I was there for an hour for what should only take 25 min if that. Their processes are painful and as a business owner my time is valuable. I talked to the operations manager and he felt like their current process is the only way it will work and wasn't receptive thinking differently. I have an account, card on file, and would like to fill up my tank and be on the road. Why does a 25 min job take them an hour?

Needed a small CO2 tank for a kegging seminar at a conference in-town and Brent was super helpful with our request. They're close to the airport, so pick-up and drop-off were super easy to coordinate with my travel schedule. They were recommended by our local bar community, which meant a lot for me. I will definitely use them again if I'm Phoenix for an event!

Took a welder in and took them 2 weeks to get to it, then when I called they couldn't find it. Lost 2k in wages because I couldn't get it back to fix my buckets for the backhoe. The guy said he'd call back and took several days to call and then when We'd call to check on it they couldn't find it. They called finally to pick it up and took to weeks. Terrible place.

Their accounting is terrible, they will overcharge you. Not return any credits due to you and basically be crooks.
