I’m giving those two ⭐️ ⭐️ stars for only Leslie and Brian, who works at night!!! Such a great people and hard workers.
Other than that; old lady at the register and the old white security man are such an unhappy faces and unkind people!!!!!
The old lady don’t like when you ask quarters for washer and dryer machines !!! Right away and easily she’s giving you that meaningful face! And the old security guy definitely don’t know how to speak with customers. And he thinks that he’s an FBI agent. So funny 😆

15 showers and the line hasn't moved at all in over an hour? Someone isn't doing their job.

Aside from their fuel prices being more than other truck stops, even when you pay for a parking spot they won't allow you to drop your trailor long enough to go for groceries, to see a doctor or anything else. Truck drivers live on the road when we pay $25 for a parking spot you should be allowed to drop your trailor long enough to run essential errands to keep life on the road running.

Corporate Greed on Full Display — Flying J is No Longer for Truckers
Flying J used to be a place truckers could count on. Now? It’s a corporate cash grab with a logo.
Imagine this: 90% of the lot EMPTY at 9PM, but all the free parking is taken — because Flying J decided most of the lot is now “reserved only.” Want to rest after 11 hours on the road? That’ll be $25 — for the privilege of parking on the same concrete we used for free just a couple years ago.
Let’s be real: this isn’t about “convenience” or “driver safety.” This is about squeezing truckers dry, $25 at a time. While we deliver the freight that keeps your lights on, Flying J is too busy flipping every open space into a profit center.
Meanwhile, truck parking nationwide is in crisis. States barely have enough rest areas. Cities ticket us for “parking where we don’t belong.” And now the one place we should be able to rely on turns into a pay-to-park racket?
Flying J corporate decision-makers should be ashamed. You had the chance to be part of the solution. Instead, you chose to tax the very people your business literally depends on — one overpriced parking spot at a time.
Hey Flying J — don’t act like you support truckers when you’re actively pricing them out of rest.
I’ll be taking my fuel, food, and business to the few remaining truck stops that still believe drivers deserve basic respect.

I pulled into this flying j like I used to at all the flying J's anytime I'm traveling on the road when I'm between spots because it's usually a safe good spot to be but this one here at this location in Phoenix Arizona off to 67 avenue did they prioritize truckers and I can understand that when the parking lot is full add truck drivers need to rest cuz there's no room but the parking lot was empty and their prices are the most expensive if you're a regular person and you're traveling don't go to a flying j please don't go to this one I'm a tire driver that didn't want to cause an accident driving to down the highway so I pulled over and then it was told that they don't allow that here they should close the store closed it closed it don't go to these people don't spend your money on them

Road travelers avoid this location. Employees discriminate against who can use the showers. I traveled from Virginia to Phoenix. Not one Flying J or Pilot had this bullshit. I will call corporate. Never had this happen.

a place where you spend money and fill up like everyone else and are prohibited from spending the night parked in work vans, very disappointed that trucks can sleep there and vans cannot

Decent place to stay but I have a major issue with the phone being left off the hook. Kinda bs also that they just allow cars to be on the truck side blocking other trucks in.
