They are super expensive, they were 5.5 hours late and the one guy complained the whole time. They were supposed to be here at between 3 and 4 and didn't arrive until 930 pm. January 23rd. I'll never go through them again!!! They didn't complete the job because the guy that took the order didn't write down the right amount of stuff. I'm calling tomorrow and wanting some of my money back.

We would like to thank Peter, Eli, and Ghembe for their great service. They were very professional, careful with everything and fast. I had a good experience with booking and a good experience when I had to add an item. We were kept informed of the process as it went along. I would definitely them.

Loadup was given 2 stars for customer service and friendliness.
Missing 3 stars becuase they cant honor the 30% cheaper rates than their competitors that they advertise. After all of the discounts that they could offer, they were still 35.32% more expensive and they wanted a 12 hour window for pickup. Competitor gave a 2 hour window
