Pretty lame. One has to call someone out of the back for service. Wasn't just with us but the three people that came in for to go orders.No thank you given.Got our own drinks as no on brought any.Went up to ask for pizza for the Buffet and noted one guy had to ask for his change as register was already closed.He got no apology or thank you. Ordered a pizza, no comment.Friend went up and ordered a pizza for buffet, again it was close to empty. He got a reply that I had just ordered a xxx. Friend said can't I request a different pizza. Got a quiet yes ..that was it.Left without anyone inside and not once did anyone come to our table or provide beverage or any other type of service unless we went to register area and called someone out.Secret shopper needed. Corporate would not accept this nor should anyone. If this place is owned by a franchise owner, better do some random secret shopper for this shift.We can see why we were the only ones "dining in".

VERY DISAPPOINTING BUFFETWe went in for the buffet today at 12 noon and it was very disappointing we paid $29.00 for 1 senoir, 1 adult and 1 child and 1 drink, all they had was 5 different flavors of pizza to be shared with everyonein the restaurant, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks in a 40 minute time range they did not have any pasta, no salad and when asked if they were going to put some out we were told no one made any. This was so incredibly disappointing we only eat 7 slices of pizza not worth the cost!!!

This is by was the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. Yesterday, I placed an order for three medium pizzas. It doesn’t show you the delivery time until you place the order. It quoted me two hours at 11:50 am for a delivery .4 miles away. The Call center confirmed it was a two hour delivery. 10 attempts were made to contact the store and no one answered.I spoke with the Mgr today and she said the delivery time wasn’t two hours and that’s something corporate made up. We weren’t able to cancel the order because Pizza Hut doesn’t give you the option via the app. I had to call and beg the call center, because they said the store has to do it, but they regularly don’t answer the phone. We will never order from this location again. The customer service is terrible, and instead of remedying the situation, the Manager just deflects. This is an extremely poorly run location, and we will retaking our business elsewhere to a competitor. To put it in context, we have over 400 employees and we were regularly going to place large orders, but wanted to test it out with a three pizza order, and Pizza Hut failed miserably. Terrible Customer service, terrible management, terrible results.

I used the app to order my food. It wasn't until after I ordered did I see the reviews online. My two pizzas showed up half cooked. The cheese on 1 pizza wasn't even melted. After taking over an hour from start to finish to arrive, I would have preferred the food to have taken the 5 minutes extra to finish cooking. Don't order from here, just throw your money in the trash and save yourself the time.

easy in and out for my take out order. customer was short and to the point, could've been a bit more friendlier and less obvious about being irritated he wasn't on his phone. the atmosphere so simple and clean in the end it's a pizza place nothing more nothing less.

Extremely rude employees. I called to ask if they were open for dine in, the man that answered the phone couldn't understand English. We walked in and stood there for about 7 minutes and not one person said welcome in or even acknowledge us in any way. I recommend going to a different location.
