My daughter cant wait in the table chair area next to doors. They cant exercise or use restroom. While sitting there they went up to her to tell her shes not allowed to be there. small gym and has no welcoming manners either

The only consistent thing or personsince I’ve been going there for almost two years is Vanessa. She’s so very helpful and on any issues I have immediately. The gym is pretty clean and quiet, I like it here.

Pros:- The employees are all very kind & helpful.- You get a lot with the Black Card membership.Cons:- At this location, you'll find a guy always wearing politically driven shirts. Whether its anti-mask or Trump with Klansmen on them. This is supposed to be a place to escape, not cringe shirts.- Used to be 24/7, now they've caught on that they can raise their membership prices but cut on employees pay by reducing hours.- Unnecessary price increases, whether its the membership or the goggles for the tanning beds.Overall a decent location!

I love the gym and I have been going there for the past year. The team is friendly however:- it feels like restrooms are not getting cleaned everyday. I have been seeing the same dirty stains on the urinals for days… not the first time.- homeless people come to the gym to clean themselves and to charge their technologies. Why not! But as clients, we should be aware of that.- I think they are understaffed, this affects people’s behavior. I see it everyday, people going there and working out at 3-4 machines at the same time. They reserve the barbell machine, put their backpack and go exercice in other machines. And it is not our job to go talk to people.I would suggest communicating more with the clients, paying more attention to what cleanness of the restroom.

The club is awful. The manager at the club is useless and very unhelpful. The club is dirty. I’ve been a member here for 4 years and the quality of this club is deteriorating.

Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior by StaffDear RM,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a series of unpleasant experiences I have had with the staff at your facility, which has led me to reconsider my membership. I believe it is crucial to address these issues in order to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all members.Over the past few months, I have encountered challenges with your payment system, as it has failed to save my card information during the last three transactions. Despite promptly making on-the-spot payments each time, I have consistently been reminded of payment due dates by the same front desk individual. Even though everyone else in the past has been relaxed and have allowed me to go in and train without having to have a stressful situation and allow me to pay the bill from home and relaxed. Unfortunately, my attempts to explain the recurring issue with the payment system have been met with rudeness and even laughter (undermining the company's policy of promoting a non-judgmental atmosphere). As this was this past January 23rd at 5:42 pm when this same front desk attendant, (glasses, bigger build, short lady) that I would not be allowed entry due to the payment being 6 days late. I told her that I have always taken care of it the next day after being informed. She was not happy with the incident and went to get her manager right away. Be aware that this front desk staff member (glasses, bigger build, short lady) has always looked at me in a cold unfriendly manner. Regardless. I can tell she does not want to be there. When the manager arrived I informed her that I have never had problems paying the bill, that the issue was simply on their end with the card not being saved, especially since I have had my card saved prior in the system and was never harassed so much about being 6 days late on a gym membership payment of 20 dollars. I told the two individuals that they were all behaving in an unprofessional matter and they simply laughed at me. I gave her a reason that I was not having a good day; I shared my unfortunate news of my dog's passing earlier that day, expecting a modicum of empathy. Instead, the staff continued to display disrespect and insensitivity. The staff members standing behind her were just laughing about this. Even as I was working out I could see them looking my way and making comments about me , gesturing their hands as making fun of me talking. This happened at 5:56Pm (1/29)To exacerbate matters, on January 29th at 5:36 pm- 5:42 pm, the manager issued an apology as I was coming in for the day. She apologized for the what occurred the other day but simultaneously issued a veiled threat that future incidents might result in my denial of entry if I missed my payment again. This conversation was conducted in an unprofessional manner, with the manager obstructing my access by strategically placing the scanner out of reach while making her statements. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE BUSINESS.This conduct stands in stark contrast to the principles of customer service and, more importantly, contradicts the company's commitment to creating a judgment-free environment. A simple proactive approach, such as requesting my card at the outset or reviewing my payment history, could have averted these issues. I believe a higher level of discernment should be exercised by the management in handling such situations.I kindly request that you investigate the matter further by reviewing the footage and audio from the relevant dates, which should provide clarity on the incidents described. It is disheartening to feel unwelcome at a facility I have been a member of for an extended period. If necessary, I am open to discussing this matter further to reach a resolution that ensures a more positive experience for all members.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and I look forward to a swift resolution.Sincerely,JGEdit: Today 2/10 I was banned from this gym bc they did not like the above review ⬆️…unethical
