James @ Poolwerx was extremely kind and professional. He did an absolutely fantastic job for us. Communication, Timeliness and Efficiency was amazing! He was awesome! He'd show up every week at the same time and make sure the pool was sparkling. The company always communicated whenever something needed repair or someone new was going to be stopping by to service the pool!

The tech I had the pleasure of working with was Nick. He was always so amazing! He answered any questions I had, stupid or not! He always took the time necessary to make sure my pool is in top shape and that we knew everything there was to know. He even worked to try and get my home management company to cut a tree down that causes a lot of debris in our pool. It’s not very often that I have met someone that showed me how much care he puts into his work. I have been through a lot of different pool techs through the 7 years I have rented my home and I would choose to stay with poolwerx for as long as Nick works there if it was my choice!

run away! They had a new tech every couple of weeks. None of them seem to know what they were doing. I ended up taking care of my pool every week due to their incompetence. Then I found out they were charging me triple retail price for chemicals. My new service is great and much cheaper.

We've lived at our residence for 5 years and never had pool service as good as the service provided from poolwerx! James has provided the best service, always lets us know when he's enroute and never let our pool turn green. Prettiest Blue ever!

I absolutely loved my pool tech James,. His work ethic and customer service is outstanding. Always on time and notified me when he would be on the property. He addressed my concerns with my pool issues and got them resolved quickly . James is definitely an asset to Poolwekrs and should be commended for all of the hard work and wonderful customer service he brings to the company. Outstanding, and Amazing ?

My pool tech Janes has been nothing but amazing. I have lived in a rental for 9 years and every June my pool has been green. This May they changed to Poolwerx and haven’t had any problems. He is very professional and has great customer service always lets me know when he’s on the way so the dogs can be put up. This is really a 5 star company and a 100% in satisfaction. Great Job ?

I took my Hayward Navigator to two different Leslie's three different times and they told me it was fine and it just sat on the bottom of the pool not moving at all. Finally took it to Taylor at Poolwerx and in a matter of minutes he repaired it. Now it's like horse crap in the field. It hasn't worked this good for years. Definitely my new go to place.

Management is very knowledgeable. Employees not so much. Most questions that I've asked to the employees have not been answered. Unfortunately management isn't in site anymore and it's hard to get questions answered

Pool place that's locally owned. Staffed with very knowledgeable staff that have had experience in the field with pills not just high school kids ringing up the register. If you have a tough problem they will help you solve it.

Didn't even know this place was across the street from my house. No more going to Walmart because they are always out of what I need. Instantly friendly service when u walk in the door. Honestly I'm going to take my money where there is great customer service and this place just nailed it. Thanks, will be back for more stuff!
