This is the best retail parcel shipping business I have ever experienced. For all packages, they provide a quote of all shipping options (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) so the customer can make an on-the-spot informed decision. Their close proximity to Sky Harbor airport assures that your package gets to the parcel carrier ASAP. Most retail shipping business forward your package first to the regional UPS or FedEx or USPS facility, who then forward to the parcel carrier at the airport--this can add a day or two to shipping time. Parcels from Post Box eXpress go directly to the carrier.
Friendly people. Reasonable prices. Very well worth the time and expense for me to drive from the north valley to this business on Washington street. Ask about a discount if you are an employee of a major company (I enjoy a Honeywell discount).

Pretty poor customer service. Went in to purchase 5 boxes and ship a couple of Items. After using one of the boxes I purchased for one of the items to be shipped, I was actually told by the woman who works in the store that, “in the future, packaging your stuff in the store is NOT allowedâ€. Not sure how a shipping store stays in business if you're not allowed to box up what you're shipping! Definitely will go somewhere else now!!

Esther was super helpful. I walked in with several items, not really knowing what would be the best way of shipping some items to a family member and she gave me a handful of choices and saved me some money. I didn't even have to worry about boxing the items myself. This will now be my preferred place to do all my shipping. I'm grateful for people like Esther.

I have known the owner Craig for years, he has the best cardboard box selection in Phoenix. Great location near the airport and fantastic employees like Esther. Definitely worth your trip and they provide unbelievable care and packaging for your property. Esther helped me ship multiple items from Phoenix to Washington, D.C. All arrived in perfect condition and I would have paid double for this great service.
