I didn’t come to the shop with my car… I came for help bc my car ran out of gas about 1/2 a mile down the road. The nearby gas station didn’t have a gas can so I walked over to Precision to see if they could help me in any way. They most certainly did. I can’t recall the name of the gentleman who helped me but he got a gas can, we got gas and rode down to my car, filled up and all was better! So nice of this shop to help me. I’m taking my car to them the next time I might need service! Thank you again to Precision!

Once again this excellent service from the team at Precision Tire & Auto Center. They turned a bad morning to a great day after waking up to a dead battery. I gave the shop a call and both Mike and Danny were beyond helpful in a stressful situation and service was super speedy! They always take care of our vehicles for big and small jobs and they care about what they do! Thank you!

Awesome family oriented business. Honest and trustworthy with your vehicles. Never trying to nickel and dime you with unnecessary repairs or estimates. I make the drive from 303/bell just for their service on both my vehicles, and have been doing so for the last 10+ years. ?

Our company has been using Precision for a few years and it seems they just keep getting worse and worse. They take forever to handle simple projects like oil changes. The real kicker is, I took my jeep in to get the brakes fixed - pick it up a week a later - and two days later my car is leaking oil everywhere, front lights are out of socket, washer fluid doesn't work anymore. I bring my Jeep back in, 5 days later they called me, laughed and said I need to get rid of my jeep that has 50k miles on it and there is nothing they can do about the issue. There was no issue when I brought it in the first time. No accountability what so ever. They ruined my jeep and told me to kick rocks. Our business will not being going here anymore.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I recently brought in a 2004 Toyota 4Runner to get a simple alignment job done. I had just installed new upper and lower control arms, struts, end links, and outer tie rods. Later that day after dropping the vehicle off I got a call from the shop saying that they could not perform the alignment because the inner tie rods were not safe. I thought this was strange because I just had the whole front end apart, and the bellows off of the inner tie rods. I visually and physically inspected them and they seemed acceptable. When I asked the person on the phone what is wrong with them, they said that they had movement in a plunging type of motion. Although I did not notice that in any way myself, I figured it wouldn't hurt to have them replaced so I asked how much that would be. I was told it would be $900! Considering the parts are $25 to $50, and it takes less than 2 hours to do I declined and picked the vehicle up. I went ahead and purchased Moog innertie rods and was able to replace them in my driveway on jack stands in less than an hour and a half. Not sure where the $900 comes from, considering they have a lift inside their shop and they have to disconnect the outer tie rods to do the alignment anyway. Once I had the tie rods off they were perfectly acceptable and had no plunging whatsoever. They were not brand new by any means, but they were certainly not a safety hazard and did not prevent the alignment from being completed. I never write reviews, but I hate when people that know nothing about cars get taken advantage of by mechanics, and if I was not a mechanic myself I would have been. Very disappointing. I highly recommend that anyone that needs costly repairs done gets a second opinion.

I trust the recommendations given here. They aren't here up-selling, it's an actual fact they're looking out for your vehicle's well being. My engine mounts needed replacement, Todd asked if my car wheel shook at all.. no I responded, but I took a leap of trust and after getting the mounts replaced I noticed a big difference to where I wasn't in the same car. Highly recommend

I had called a few auto shops around the Deer Valley area and just got rude customer service and didn't receive the help I needed but I called Precision Tire and Auto Center and they kindly took me in the same day to look at my car and fixed the issue. The gentleman were so kind and generous I definitely recommend this place!

The guys seem nice and like they know their stuff, however, when it came to my visit I was extremely displeased. I went here because I thought they would be helpful, to diagnose a lean code. My car got an inspection which was cool, but when it came to diagnosing the problem that never happened. I paid $200 for them to tell me my MAF sensor was bad (which if done at the shop would cost about $500) and then they focused heavily on another issue my car had (and by the time I left it sounded worse than going in). Ended up having to go to another shop and spending another $200 to get it diagnosed and then another $300 on top of that for the actual problem to be fixed (turns out SAI hoses were cut throughwhich should've been noted during inspection) and the purge valve was bad. Now I am behind on registration as it took an extra month to get the problem fixed. Not sure if this was a one off issue. The guys were all nice but I was really displeased with my visit.
