Five, five no call no shows Allegedly was escalated and a supervisor or manager would be calling me back. That didn't happen either.

The agent I spoke with was inept. I am sorry to be so negative but she had to put me on hold for every question (simple ones) that I had and seemed to be fumbling on the phone call. The last on hold (was placed on hold at least 4 times) ended in me being disconnected.

Worst company to deal with! It's been a month trying to order supplies and had no luck!!!

The company is the absolute WORST! Would give them negative star if possible Reaching a representative takes at least one hour of waiting on the phone, deliveries ordered are never fulfilled. On average, over 3 hours is spent waiting on the phone and recalling them before a delivery actually gets placed. On top of that, delivery times are never correct, so if you are not home all day during the day of scheduled delivery and monitor for their phon call 24/7, they will miss your delivery and you'd have to call them again to place another order. As a provider of essential healthcare equipments, I cannot understand how this company has such unreliable practices and fails to provide the minimum level of service to patients whose life possibly depends on them.

Honestly if I could give zero I would. This company is the absolute worst. You can never get through to order any kind of medical refills and if you do get through they hang up on you. The customer service reps are absolute monsters to deal with. And I hardly ever get my deliveries before 10pm at night.

The hold times are not good, and thank the lord grace who works there double checked the address where it was going, we had to change it. Not bad just make sure you check on EVERYTHING down to the T. Grace did a wonderful job!

The pick up guys always laugh when I say, "See you in 6 months" referring to the amount of time it takes for wheelchair repairs. But we've never gotten chairs back before that and this time is 9 months! The place is so horribly run. I called after 5 months and they'd let the quotes expire. The next time I called, the person I had been talking to was no longer there and no one could access her email so parts had to be reordered. It's just crazy. The only redeeming quality is the guys who actually do the work in the shop have always been very nice and do a good job. Too bad they have to work under such poor administrators. When the chair was finally finished it was going to be more them a week for them to return it so I said I'd pick it up. Guess where I've been sitting for the last hour writing this? In the lobby waiting for them to roll it out!!!!!! If you are lucky enough to have a choice to go elsewhere, do so!

This has been a nightmare they were supposed to have equipment by 10 pm which is late they call me at 10:45 and say another 45 minute ask to deliver the next day I was home alone, never heard back called on Monday they said the bed wouldn't be avail till Tuesday but all other equipment would need delivered that night between 3-7 they showed up at 12:30 am. It's been a week still no bed my husband can't move he is on twin bed in my living room trying to eat drink laying down. This company is a joke.

DME ordered in October still have not contacted me ! Never return calls... everyone tells a different story ... doesn't care bout the health of the customer. Failure to respond to Dr office and even insurance company! 1 star is too many!

Thank you Jessica for helping me regarding my daughter supply order, the person that i spoke to 2 weeks ago never put her order in the system. that person seem to didn't care about a patience needing help tp breath, so kudo goes out to you jessica for handling my daughter's order and putting the request in for re-occurring order for her treachea.they need more people like you who cares.Thank you Jessica

This place is unprofessional and just very bad overall. They do NOT communicate they just a big joke. My Mom always has trouble getting her oxgen tanks. They take weeks damn near a month even when you call in advance. They need to be closed down or be replaced immediately.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They told me that they would deliver the product the next day and now it has been 5 months and haven’t received the product yet.

Terrible service. They do not answer the phone! The one time that I spoke about travel O2 they asked me to talk to my doctor. I ran a home care DME company in the 90's and know that the company has to supply it when requested. BTW my pulmonologist told me it was the worst company he has worked with.

Waiting hours for oxygen units to be delivered. Had to return to hospital for more oxygen after missing their ETA by many hours. No escalation process, no sense of urgency.
