Great stay, great centralized location, and amazing staff (Teresa, Claudia, Ray, Korrina, and Nish were the names I could get but everyone was great). Very accommodating and welcoming, rooms are affordable and have everything you could need.

I arrived late at about 1 o'clock. I had a delayed flight. I'm not familiar with Arizona so I picked them because I'm Priceline. They stated there were a five star. Well I got room 1018. I was so tired. I just crashed on the bed when I woke up in the morning, I was appalled and disgusted with the room. It was so dirty black stuff on the wall where the pillow goes And I believe I deserve a refund still waiting on management to call me since Saturday morning

So I very rarely leave reviews but I have to because the night checking lady Corina was absolutely amazing! First of all I checked in kind of late at night around 10:30 p.m. and so the first room that she put me in had a small issue with the door where the deadbolt wouldn't engage fully and because I was a lone female in a not so nice area of the valley I went down to the office to ask about switching. Well the first thing I noticed when I went back down there was that there was now a sold out sign on the window. So I asked the lady if there was any way she could switch me rooms and she said no there was no more but as soon as I told her that I was alone she immediately switched me to a different room. Well when I went to this room I realized that the air conditioner wasn't working (not their fault happens all the time) and that it was actually hotter inside the room than it was outside. (Which if you're from the valley you'll understand that that means it was hotter than blue blazes LOL) I tried to stick it out especially since she had already switched me rooms when they didn't have anymore but after 2 hours of sweating in bed trying to sleep I went back down to the office and told her that I would rather be in the room with the deadbolt that didn't work if it was still available. I fully expected this woman to be just sick of me by this point LOL but she very gladly switched me back to the room that I was in first. And then she even got me batteries for the remote for my tv! And through the whole ordeal she was absolutely sweet and amazing! This isn't what you'd consider a great hotel or a great area but if I ever get stuck down here again I will definitely stay here again!

Great pricing at a great location! Management and staff are friendly and professional. Looks like rooms were recently renovated and look great! Clean, comfortable and affordable.

I had a great experience here. The room was really nice, plumbing worked great, no bugs, soft towels, staff was very helpful. I absolutely recommend this hotel. No complaints!
Rooms: The room was recently remodeled I was told . They did a fantastic job! This was a great experience , I recommend this place to anyone!

I reserved a room through Booking.com prior to my arrival, when I got there they tell me there is no more rooms. After traveling hours and it being midnight, I was tired and asked to see what they could do. I then had to wait about 30 minutes, but got a room finally. The front receptionist was a sweetheart and ran around to find me a room, I appreciate that, but the whole check in experience and wait was horrible. I tried getting a hour extra of sleep as well but come to find out they do no late check outs, will not be using them again!

I booked through booking.com and had my reservation and itinerary for a room. Though I could not check in until 11p.m. cause the system was down. When I asked to be compensated for the delay, where my room was booked in the afternoon. I was told this is not an hourly hotel. The manager was pretty rude and the rooms were gross as hell. Gonna have to re shower after checking out of this place. I was also told to find a hotel that could accommodate me, cause I was complaining about not being able to check in when I already had a reservation.

They wouldn't even let me in because they said my dog was too aggressive because another dog growled at him and he barked. And my dog is behaving similar to a service animal

Nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Roach and bed bug infested. Bums are everywhere. Room is tore up. Dried poop and pee all over the toilet.

Should've read the reviews because I was awakened to roaches literally crawling on me. Got up and hit the lights on to discover roaches everywhere in the room. Complete infestation. Poorly maintained room, cheap linen, hard towels, wall damage all over, sink hanging on for dear life, low water pressure no coffee and so much more lacking of a basic motel. I knew by reading the reviews it would be a waste of time to complain but I made sure to mention they need to treat for roaches and the look I received back from the clerk was enough to know this isn't a battle worth my time.
