Charged for unit, showed up and my 10x10 was only a 7.5x7.5??? I never even moved in and they charged me a $30. I canceled after seeing unit, but no refund and terrible customer service lied about refund!

The gate at this location has nothing but issues. Everytime you have to try 3 or 4 times to get it to open. Right now I've been waiting 2 hours to get in and no one answers or returns calls. I own a company and can't get access to my tools, this is very unacceptable.

Came into town to reorganize the shed. Javier helped me get to our shed by following the security provision and privacy policies of public storage as I could not remember our shed number. He called us back within a few minutes after I left a message and was polite, knowledgeable and informative. Javier was a sincere and courteous employee and public storage should feel proud of his stewardship to their business.

Currently in a cool unit to store stuff while I move. I can imagine it's boring for staff but the two I've met have been nice. Justin is awesome :)

Very first time renting a space, in my mind l thought it was expensive and time consuming. Justin assured me he would take care of me, and that is what he did. He showed me my space before trying bro sale me anything. He told me about all the savings and promotions. Here a t Public Storage l had options and a great deal that left me a very happy customer. We are loving our space at Public Storage! It has been really easy getting in and out which is really nice. Everything is super clean and we love the climate controlled unit. Damien was great helping us out!
