I needed to rent a storage unit for my deceased mothers belongings. I was having issues online and received no help from online customer service. I called twice and was hung up on. I received a call from Leto at the Public Storage on Camelback and she offered her help. I’m grateful for her excellent customer service.

I moved in 6 months ago to this storage. From day 1 MJ the Attendant on duty has been nothing but a blessing. She is very knowledgeable and more than willing to assist in all aspects. She processed my payments accordingly, every time that I visit my space I can tell that the area has been cleaned. When I lost my key, she referred me to the best available locksmith. MJ has the best Customer Care that I've experienced in a long time. Great job Public Storage, you've hired great associates.

Leti goes beyond what is expected.what great employee we were charged 80.00
She had make a call but she continued to find out why.We could close our unit she came out helh us open and close you some boxes in way so we moved to another unit we rented.thank you so much for having here for us
