Not every superhero wears a cape. In 2018/19 I suffered an attack that sent me in to preterm labor by my childrens father. Shortly after even though I was attacked and was on the lease with him, my children and I were forced from our home. Thinking this was temporary I quickly got a storage unit. While out of commission my abuser, to add salt in the wound, found his way up to the storage location and tried selling/ relinquishing me and my children's things (we had to move to SC with family). When I called in they could've told me that's your problem it's done. Except Ms Jen R. and Ms Rosie went above and beyond and assisted me in regaining possession of the unit with just my name as to avoid his evil plans in the future. This angered him and he again attacked me in 2022 at work. Due to this I lost my job and a way to afford housing, leaving my children and myself homeless even still now in 8/24. Since then we've been homeless couch surfing etc. And the only hope I've had is that we had the storage with all our things that will come out of this with us. There have been times I've had to choose between robbing Peter to pay Paul and get myself and my children hotels, pay family or get rentals to sleep in etc. thus forfeiting paying for the storage unit. Recently I decided that I was just going to give up, domestic violence and 2 evictions forcing me to become stagnant coupled with the care of my 2 quadriplegic son's has been so heavy that when Ms Jen and Ms Rosie called I just said I'm letting it go. That should have been the end of it, but these two angels unbeknownst to me wouldn't let me. I had explained that I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do anything before my unit would be auctioned. So I did my usual I cried and prayed. I received a breakthrough when out of the blue I had the funds to once again save the unit. My kids when I told them cried with me one more month we still have a semblance of hope that one day we'll get back on our feet and we'll still have our furniture, medical equipment and memories of good times. These two women have me crying as I write this. You never know what someone is going through and you ladies did not have to do anything but your listed job responsibilities. Countless times you two angels have not only restored my faith in humanity, but have kept me going and I'm just another customer. Ms Jen I could never thank you enough for everything. You have been a pillar of support and you know everything you've done. This woman has even been a listening ear and never once had to care but she did. If you are going through domestic violence abuse get or and awayit doesn't get better but at least you'll be alive to tell your story and rebuild. My life was drastically altered but I still have it. This suffering is still a blessing and this too shall pass. I didn't know what I was going to write but the two of you are literal life savers. In a world where hope is few and far between and struggle runs rampant everywhere, I thank GOD for you two women. My children and myself are eternally Thankful for you both and will continue to keep you in our prayers. May the blessings that you both are come back and manifest in your lives ten fold. May GOD abundantly bless you both. All I have to give at the moment is a thank you. Because of angels like you businesses flourish. You two lovely souls make public storage feel like a community. For this I'm eternally grateful and pray that I can only return/ pay your kindnesses forward one day. Sorry for rambling but I had to let the world know about the two living heaven sent beings of light here at 19th and cactus public storage.

I left message last week I'd be leaving my locker within days. "Sorry you're leaving" was return message. Today In the office I said it's unfair not getting prorated refund for remainder of month and insult to injury was told keep the lock you might be back. 2 chances to ask why I'm leaving never asked.
