I highly recommend this particular location location. It is climate controlled , secure And the Customer Service is amazing. Becky in particular is amazing when it comes to helping you with anything in regards to your storage unit she’s extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and quite frankly I am super grateful for her.
If you are ever in need of a storage this is a great place with fair pricing And if you were ever in need of assistance, give them a call and ask for Becky she is simply an angel.

I tried to make an advanced appointment with the "customer service" crew over the phone to make a cash payment. While you may not appreciate this particular issue if you don't walk in to make payments, what you should be aware of is that every level of this company is incompetent. Go somewhere else. Find a local company that won't sell out to these bug, corporate giants. Public Storage is the worst company I have ever been forced to deal with.

I rented a space at this specific location based in a friend’s recommendation. She said I’m her opinion this was the best location and price compared to other storage unit places. My friend told me to ask for Becky and she would make sure I found the best option for my situation. She was right, Becky understood my dilemma and needing to save money. This location off of 24th st is one of the few I feel safe at. It's always clean and everyone acknowledges someone when they walk in. Becky is the one I have the most interaction with and she always goes above and beyond for her customers. I always refer friends to this location when they are needing storage because of the atmosphere and superb customer service.

This is the best, most secure storage unit in town. Becky was awesome today as I was looking to save money on my existing storage unit. Amazing customer service!
