I would strongly suggest going elsewhere with your business. I arrived in my move in day and nobody was there to help…no one is ever at these places.So I logged into my account set my move out date as the same day (as their website instructs) and went elsewhere. Never set foot inside or touched the unit.I called them 3 times with no call back..Fast forward a bit and I’m getting lien notices and bill of almost $400 - they wont remove the bill!If this is how they do business it should be all the info you need for your storage unit search.

Rented here since they opened as US Storage. Once Public Storage bought the facility, I received several rent increases of 20 -25%. There newest thing is to lock up the moving carts and there are not enough of them (only 2 or 3 at this location). The Service person advised these are a convenience they are not obligated to provide. Funny, every other storage place provides them. I went to a different nearby facility (different company) and will be moving since their rate is 1/3 my current rent.

I am making a move from Phoenix to Edmond Oklahoma. I called the public storage facility in Edmond and prepaid the storage. The sale of my house fell through, but public storage has not issued me a refund. After several phone calls, they told me the refund had been approved, but the managers had not released the funds. I still have not received a refund from them. I will never use them again.

Spencer has been incredibly helpful. He is professional, thoughtful, and went above and beyond as we moved several items into our storage unit. I highly recommend Public Storage at this location.

I was at this location last month and Martha at the front desk was very helpful. I had to get a new key and couldn’t figured out how to install it. Martha was very nice and patient and showed me how to do it. The location is very clean and there is always 1-2 people at the front desk. Thanks

This is the worst property I've had the displeasure of renting from. It was okay when I first signed up but there was a change in staff and It doesn't matter what time I visit, nobody is ever there. The guy claims he's cleaning the property but that's not true, he is completely gone from the property. I have the same issue with calling, I never get an answer and I never get a returned phone call. The one time I got a return phone call was when a Manager from a different property was filling in for the day and she said she had tons of voicemails because he doesn't check them. The carts used to be left in a common area, but now they're in the office and imagine how difficult it is to get your hands on one when the manager is never there to open the office. The restroom also isn't properly maintained/stocked and again, no Manager on duty to help. There's another location nearby at Thomas and 28th St. I recommend instead, it's much cleaner and the Manager is on top of things and always there or answers the phone. It was a much better experience at that location for me. Stay away from this one.

I am writing this review as an exit review. Martha who works at this location is very nice and helpful. She assisted when the manager had put a lock on my unity before I moved out. There was some items I needed to throw away that were still there. When I spoke to manager I was told the lock would be taken off so I could grab those items. It wasn't so it took 2 days to find someone on site to assist. My issue is that there is no customer service at all. During business hours (which need to be updated) there should be a way to get a hold of someone. What if there were an emergency. I grabbed my last items, spoke to Martha about what else should needed to be done (nothing) and pointed out that there were items in there that were not mine. (Photo attached) she stated sometimes when they find things they put in empty locations. Since the location put a padlock on my unit that means they had access to it.... these items are not mine! I cleaned everything out of my unit (as an event planner I use my space for linens, vases and things like that. ) and have departed. If you get to work with Martha, that is awesome... but check on mgmt hours and how to find someone.

I wish I could give zero stars. My first experience with a public storage was great and they always worked with us but not this location. We lost nearly everything we owned because we were two months late on payments and had sentimental items that we will now never get back. I called a week before auction and they gave me a price of $180 to pay or it would be auctioned. Monday my bf goes to pay and the location is randomly closed. Funny that the unit is being auctioned the next day! So the support tells me to go to another location to pay, guess what, that location is closed as well. He drives to FIVE different locations and they are all closed while we are trying to pay conveniently so we don't lose our stuff. Finally I call and call and call our location and 30 mins before close someone answers and says that we now owe $240?! So how did in a week from the previous person I spoke to it went up almost $100 dollars. At this point I just gave up because I'm certain it's just a money trap for people. Disappointed that they weren't willing to give us another month or extra time to pay like previous public storages since THEY messed up. Because of this we lost EVERYTHING. Another big issue I had with them is previous months I would call to pay or see what the balance was and I would call almost every hour and never could get ahold of anyone. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to store your stuff here.

I've called 5 times as a new customer and have yet to a) see anyone ever on staff, or b) even get a return call. The only reason I haven't ditched the place is because I already paid movers to go there and don't feel like doubling my moving expenses. Don't use this facility unless that seems appealing to you.

Spencer was great! My first time renting a storage and he walked me through the process. He even showed me the actual unit and way around the unit, such as elevators, codes, etc. Was very professional and would recommend coming here for your first rental unit!

Wendy at Public Storage went out of her way today to help me with the auction unit I purchased. It was inconvenient that we were not able to get codes to access the units but she was very accommodating, friendly and helpful every time we needed anything. Thanks Wendy!

The staff was very helpful and informative of my needs. I like the idea that it is safe and secure with watchful eyes on the premise. I have had this storage unit for 3 1/2 years since my wife passed, with no issues. Wendy was kind, prompt and knowledgeable. She helped me with the vacating process. A fantastic addition to your team. I recommend this facility. Vincent h.
