Not a public review guy but I feel like I need to write this to save someone the hassle of what I've gone through. Facility is fine, the problem is the rate increase. Within three months of moving in they increased my rate 50%. Not a small jump. For anyone on a budget and planning on a fixed cost, this is not the place. I spoke with the manager and corporate office, both said there is nothing they can do and rates change according to demand. I understand rates change, but not 50%, and not within the first three months of moving into a unit. Very disappointing.

Nicole is amazing, fast, efficient, professional, and displays a can do attitude and every moment while working. She wasted no time to help me get signed up in a crunch and also was able to help the other people in line at the same time as helping me. What an amazing professional employee. I am pleased to do business here because of her.

I’m new to this facility been there two weeks they have protected my things and the check-in process was easy with Alec. He really helped a lot. He was quick and efficient and the other two ladies I don’t know their names, but it was two of the ladies that helped me also thank you guys. Happy new year.🥳

I needed a store that was close and convenient. Public storage worked out in multiple ways, friendly staff Joy Tony, and Nicole Were all very pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend this public storage to anyone in the area.

No one is ever in the office, this is the frist time I've ever had to make an appointment to meet with a person at a storage unit. Please dont waste your time and money at this place, there are better public storage's down the road. This place is roache infested and the elevators dont work, go anywhere else please.
