12/16/2025. Two carts for this big storage place. Just two. And of course the employees look at you like they don't understand why you're asking and bothering them. Then they return sitting there talking to each other doing nothing . 3/31. Today was my move in day. No one in the office. No one answering the phone. Thank god for other customers to help. I was there over a half hour. When I left there were people waiting to return cart. Apparently someone has to be there to get a cart and return. I called a half hour ago no return. Now I have to go unload my van somewhere else because I need the space for work. They obviously don't value your time. Just disgusted

I've had my storage for over a year
I called today and I received the best customer service from Josh Collier I hope the next customer get him on the phone the customer service star is really great I'm glad I chose public storage to place my furniture.

Friendly staff (Tina & Janet), smooth unit transfer process, and clean facility. Highly recommend! The facility has limited dolly availability, so if you have your own, I recommend bringing it.

Rented here for 3 years, very courteous staff (most of the time). Tina the manager was very helpful during our move out of the unit. Definitely would rent here again if needed

Ive been to many storage facilities ,and Janet was so wonderful and she kniws her job well .answered all my question never got irritated never lost her patience with me .and is always available and reafy to help in any way she can .she has a real servants heart .thx
