Simple, and straight forward. Have been to other places where validation is an issue and have seen reviews about sketchy garages. I also found it accessibility friendly.

Good place to park! You can pay in cash or card which is great. You can leave after 9pm even when it is closed so as long as you park before 9pm you will be good. Close to a lot of venues and cool places downtown!
