I just got done with my transaction at this location and the clerk was RUDE AS Heck! He’s literally telling all the customers “how stressed” he is and he proceeds to TREAT ME LIKE DIRT AS IM HANDING HIM MY HARD EARNED MONEY TONPAY FOR THE ITEMS THAT WILL SOON PAY FOR HIS PAYCHECK!!! Seriously QT!!? I feel like I just paid to get treated like dirt. This is messed up and I’m going to tell anyone that will listen this story, and to NOT SHOP AT QT. Disgusting

Food has gone down hill with this franchise! The bathrooms smell and are always dirty! Not just this location but with all QT. I used to go out of my way to go to a QT now I will find a new circle K

Wish I could give 0 stars. It is now a safe place for meth use. If you don't use drugs you're not welcome. They are always out of fountain drinks and almost every popular item in the store.Corporate please just close this stupid store.

They have obviously cleaned up this QT compared to what previous reviewers experienced. I sampled their individually-wrapped pizza slices and was surprised at how tasty and nice it was. The gas was a reasonable price, too.

Stopped to get some drinks and this qt was so dirty, it was gross. The ice tea drip pan had fruit flies flying all around it and inside of the tray as well as the open part on the top of the tea containers. The floor was so sticky and wet. It smelled like throw up near the drink dispensers. We will be avoiding this qt.

Quick trip union hills and cave creek (24th ave ) store 2410 Employee Tyler c (brown hair) purchased a sandwich and energy drink and some peanuts this morning. On my way to work. It's not lunchtime and I pulled out the sandwich to open it and eat and realize that it's expired and the cheese has discolored a little bit. I happen to be in the area of the quick trip that I purchased today so I went back there, and kindly asked the gentleman, if I could switch out the sandwiches or get a different sandwich because it is expired and looks as though the cheese is bad he asked me when I got the sandwich. I told him this morning before work. He asked me what time precisely I told him it was around 6 o'clock in the morning it's now 12 o'clock and he informed me that he has not sold any sandwiches and cannot switch out the sandwich for me. My friend I bought the sandwich from your store before work. I wasn't asking for an upgrade. I was simply asking if you could replace the sandwich that I paid for with the understanding that it was a good sandwich and not expired and would you get me sick so this gentleman will not replace my sandwich and also is calling me a liar. Also, apparently he has done all the transactions even though there's four employees here even though that's false because if this was true , he would see the purchase I made earlier today overal bad customer service, snarky attitude, very unhelpful and then I saw him laughing through the window when I walked away which is not only unprofessional but mean I paid for this damn four dollar sandwich and it's expired. They shouldn't be selling expired food.

No stars for the attitude or concern for the customers concern for safety. This place is the local homeless and druggie hanging out and meeting place. Then they beg and only approach the women. Many crimes around here they just don't seem to care. No more spending money there at all. Go to the QT just north of the 101 a mile away.

I don't know what happened to QT they used to have everything I needed. I could get my beer, and a hot dog and if I forgot the animals I could get there food too. Now they don't have anything I need Store clerks don't greet you, hot dogs look like from yesterday but got a spray tan, and the store is not nearly as clean. It's weird I use to go to QT and full of customers now ghost town. Go to circle K waiting in line total reversal.

Always get great service here.The food is always good at the QT kitchen, the staff is always friendly and the gas pumps are never busy.

This is the worst quick trip I’ve ever been to. Avoid this location at all costs. The employees and customers are very unsanitary. You would think they’d be a little more cautious with this pandemic, but no, instead you get rude customer service and nasty customers roaming around coughing and sneezing throughout the store. ????
