I had called to reschedule for service on my vehicle, everything was going well, until I started asking what the availability was like for the upcoming week, the operator was being a little rude, was a little pushy, once I asked if there's anything on Monday, she replies "no" with an attitude, then offered an appointment for Tuesday morning, and I simply said may I check my schedule to see if that works, she didn't reply, and then after hangs up before I could reply.

I took my car in one week ago for servicing as she was growling at idle and speeds up to 60mph. I was happily greeted at 7:30am by Anthony A. who listened so sincerely as I spoke to him about my situation. He asked clarifying questions, and was honest about the time it would take to diagnose my car. He provided my options to work in the Cafe as long as I needed to, or get a ride home. He also let me know I could get a voucher for uber/lyft to get to my next location. A few days later Anthony reached out to let me know what my situation was, and he answered ALL my questions with honesty and directness - no games and no patronizing! He gave me timelines for when my car would likely be finished, was upfront about pricing and eligible discounts such as student & military, and even let me know my car could get delivered right to my door. This evening I went to pick up my car, and Anthony was so jazzed to be giving me my keys back because he knew he had an ecstatic customer! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on, and gave me my girl back all nice and shiny. Now, the hands that made it all happen....service technician Josh G.!!! What a guy I tell ya. Not only did he quickly diagnose my car, but his wisdom and skill was able to streamline the work being done (bad pulley on a crank damper and multiple collapsed motor mounts). HE FIXED MY CAR TWO DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. I feel like most experiences with service you get your car back three days late, but Josh is here is kick cans and take names. Stoked is an understatement. Seriously, I am elated to have my car back, and she runs so smooth and quiet, it feels like I am driving a new car! Thank you, gracias, danke, grazie! I will only ever take my car to Camelback Ford, and I'll be requesting Anthony and Josh every time!

Jonella is an amazing employee at the Camelback Ford service department. I apologize if I may have misspelled her name. Jonella assisted me with providing the status of my 2020 Ford Explorer service repair and also with helping me locate my vehicle so I could retrieve my work badge. We spent upwards of 15 minutes before we located the vehicle in the blazing heat. She went above and beyond to help me with my requests. Jonella will be the reason that I return to Camelback Ford for any future vehicle services needed because she took the time to make my customer service needs important to her. Thank you.

I would like to share an update on my feedback about Camelback Ford.After my first feedback, the company posted the following response: "Please contact Sheilah Keilman, our Customer Relations Manager, at 855-902-9505 to discuss this further."I called them and after 2 voicemails, somebody called me back to check on a situation and offered a laughable $250 to resolve the issue. (as a reminder they sold me a no good warranty for $2600 that since day 1 never covered my vehicle). I received a prorated refund from the warranty company for $1019 and asked that manager to compensate me for the difference. The manager said he can offer me only $250, but he will try to get authorization from somebody and will call me back. It was around 30 days ago. I have no choice but to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General and federal trade commission. Camelback Ford does not fix their mistakes. They just don't care. Keep that in mind guys when spending your hard-earned money.

I have never been so satisfied with purchasing a vehicle. The staff at Camelback Ford made this experience first class for us. They helped us find the truck of our dreams. Helped us with pricing and financing. My only hope is that I can help them with referrals as I feel like they helped us soooo much. Thanks again Mitch H. And Shaun. You guys are the best !!

Worst service experience ever! BEWARENever in my life have I ever had such poor customer service from management down. We have looked past poor customer service over the years at this dealership not to mention A TON OF EMPLOYEE TURNOVER in the department in the past. We came here because this is the closest store to our house. It seems like i get a new advisor every time because of the turnover. Just can't take it any longer. I would rather drive to Sanderson Ford in Glendale from Arcadia as I trust their work and service. Have simply lost faith in Camelback Ford. It is easy to see why they have so much turnover when the owner himself treats his customers unprofessionally.

Beware of this place!!Took my son in just to look at a vehicle. We were told by the sales rep that "for insurance purposes" they were required to obtain all contact information and take a copy of a driver's license just to LOOK at vehicles and peruse the lot. Of course, we left. After we were in our car ready to pull away, another rep came out to apologize, claiming they don't require that, and that the other rep was new. I'm sure if he's new and doing things like that, it's because he was trained to do that.Won't ever be using this dealership.

One of my rare one stars...do NOT go here. They hit my credit with FIVE Hard Inquiries, all in ONE day.I did NOT agree to that.They also gave my Vet BF the total bait and switch, and tried to screw him with a car he didn't want at an outrageous APR.AND they sold my info to those lovely robocall asshats.So glad we didn't buy from them, save your Credit Score and your money.This dealer is doing some seriously shady shite.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The service department here is an absolute train wreck with the motto promise made promises broken. I have tried a multitude of times to get them on the phone for the status of my vehicle's maintenance to no avail I had to go in to make the appointment due to the stellar (note sarcasm) communication with the service advisors and service manager, who made excuses I was told I would be update by my service advisor WRONG! I've purchased 2 vehicles from here and the truck that is going to be purchased this week will be from another Ford dealer I want nothing to do with a facility that only provides disappointment and frustration as a service department

Camelback Ford has wasted my time more than once, and this time, I've decided to document it. My experience on 12/20 was typical of what I've encountered since purchasing a new F150 from them in 2015: after you sign and buy, you become a 1 star priority to them. My hope in writing this review and providing support documentation is to ensure that no one else sets themselves up to be disregarded by Camelback Ford. I received a flyer in the mail with Camelback Ford's specific branding AND address (photos attached) letting me know that I am overdue for service. This is not true, and adds to my point... I started taking my vehicle elsewhere for service after my last issue with this dealership, so they don't have the records. I WANT to work with a Ford dealership for service and repairs, and I decided to give them another try. Especially because the flyer offered a complimentary loaner vehicle if a person calls ahead (I did, and I'll get to this soon), is 21 or older with a valid license (I am), can provide proof of insurance (I can), and is having any repair done that is valued over $300 (I was coming in for 30,000 mile service and to have my lower blend door actuator replaced, so I expect I've more than covered this as well). I called the number on the flyer (flyer photos attached): 855-314-2565. The call was not answered. I was soon called back from 800-976-0924. The person on the line did a good job taking notes on what I needed and the terms related to the coupon, etc. Since I have had issues with Camelback Ford in the past once I arrive for service, I had her read her notes back to me. There were a few omissions, and we corrected them in detail. The notes regarding the appointment were fully intact at that point. She scheduled me to come in on 12/20/22 at 1130 am and assured me that the loaner car would be available and ready. The loaner car was the main motivator for me to try Camelback Ford again, and I needed it to move on with my day effectively.I'm a business owner, I have a second job, I have a family, and I have scheduled hobbies that I'm invested in. All require me to be able to travel freely and with confidence. on 12/20, I arrived early to ensure there was time to set me up with the loaner and enable me to get to an appointment up the road. I brought the coupon (image attached). The person who greeted me did not have my appointment listed. I gave him my ID to take inside and see if he could sort things out. Next, a service manager took over, returning my ID and telling me that they do not have record of my appointment, and that further, they would not provide a loaner vehicle if I left my truck with them. He further implied that the coupon was not from Ford and it certainly was not theirs, and that complimentary loaners are not offered (Camelback Ford branding and their address are on the attached flyer). He seemed very agitated and seemed to struggle to control himself. I did my best to calm him down and told him we'd reschedule at a time when a loaner would be available. He again asserted that they do not provide loaners, but said that he would have their rental department follow up with me in the future to reschedule if a rental becomes available. My problem with his plan is that my coupon expires on 12/25/22... after pointing out the issue, he said he would tell the person in rentals the story. I offered to allow him an opportunity to make a copy of the coupoon and attach it to my service ticket. He declined. Ultimately, I scheduled around this, and my time was wasted. No solution was rendered. I felt like I was being handled; being regarded as confused at best, if not deviant. Did they think I made the coupon myself? Both employees seemed off after the appointment was not found. Are they terrified of a poor performance review? I'm concerned about how the staff is treated by leadership. I hesitated to write this as a result. I would very much like to make use of this coupon. I know without documentation, there's no chance that will happen.

Worst service department ever. They had my car for 5 days without working on it. They don't status you and they don't answer their phones. Go elsewhere.
