Awesome experience at the car wash. Was having trouble figuring everything out and one of the employees, Zander, went above and beyond to make sure I knew what everything was. The quality of the car wash is really good. Definitely recommend.

I had a membership at Quick Quack Car Wash (Bell Rd, Phoenix) and brought my brand-new car for a wash after a rainy week. After the wash, I noticed damage to two rims. I submitted a claim immediately, but the car wash denied responsibility and did not provide the requested video evidence. All I received was automatic emails.
I repaired the rims at my own expense, and a professional confirmed the damage is consistent with automatic car wash machinery.
I cannot recommend this location for anyone wanting to protect their vehicle. Be cautious if you considering coming into this location.

Dion really took care of me today! Out of all the quick quacks I’ve been too, his customer service takes the cake. Even on Christmas Eve he’s out here with a great attitude! Thanks again Dion for your help!
