You can't even use the bathrooms here, there are people doing drugs in there. There are also homeless people hanging around outside. I beg to differ with the "safe place" sign, there's not much keeping it safe.

It's 7:20 am on 08/03/25 in this store I was robbed, the first time I hadn't paid and they made me pay again for a taco and a red bull, and the angry cashiers threw my change on the counter, I think it's very bad service apart from stealing they do a bad job😡😡😡

They have a new DATA COLLECTION data center to simply buy a beer at this QuikTrip! Completely unethical and an invasion of privacy. I asked staff WHO is the company who is collecting your ID to unlock and lock fridge doors (for only 20 seconds so you better be fast), and the staff had NO IDEA WHO is behind this. I work in data integrity and I am absolutely disgusted by this decision by QuikTrip. I will never give them my business again.

If the seller is responsible for the damaged item, they are usually responsible for the cost of the item, and possibly the cost of shipping. However, some sellers may deduct from the refund if the item was opened, used, or damaged during return shipping.

Worse QT in the valley the roller grill is never taken care of properly, the staff can be snooty at this location, and sometimes they won't even have coffee creamer stocked in the mornings. I now go to the 32nd st location

Homeless always harass customers. Between 11 and 5 am it's happy hour there because I see people walk out without paying all the time.

I came into the store this evening and was waiting for my husband to come out of the bathroom and I was on my phone trying to figure out what was going on with my credit card while waiting for him. I was new down on my phone by the chips by the Arizona lottery machine when one of your employees asked me what I was doing I explained I was waiting for my husband and I was on my phone trying to review my account and he very rudely stated I doubt you have a husband and I'm sure he ran away with the milkman. As he said this in front of a large group of the people I was embarrassed and I thought it was very rude and I went knocked on the bathroom door and ask my husband to hurry up and come out. As I walked away from the bathroom a older gentleman probably 20 years my senior came walking out first and he said oh is that old man your husband hahaha making a joke, which then results of me and saying no actually my husband is not 70 years-old he's actually only 30. So I simply asked for his name he said it was Jerome and I continue to walk to the front of the store to wait for myand to pay for my drink and food which I have been waiting to get and I had walked a mile and a half to get as well because cutie is my favorite store to go to or was. At this point he asked me what my problem was I guess we're asking his name I stated that I was calling the manager and he said if I had a problem with him then I could leave. I stated I didn't have a problem with him that I was allowed to ask his name and he told me to get out of the store or he would call the cops so I was literally kicked out of your store for asking for an employee's name in a polite manner actually. For other customers all couldn't believe that he was acting this way and also stated they would report what they saw two district. As much as cutie takes pride in their customers and how awesome their employees usually are I can't believe that you would have a man like this on your staff. This isn't the first time actually that one of your employees have insulted me because I had waited for my husband because he takes forever doing anyting, as the woman on shift was the one to insult me last time but I didn't report it as I see it as a big deal. She didn't throw me out of the store all for asking you name ridicule me and treat me like I'm nothing when I'm a paying customer at least six days a week. I sure hope that this man discipline for this behavior as I cannot believe that that just happened and now I'm leaving without my drink or my food all because I asked for the young man's name. I will not be returning to that cutie anymore and I've been going there since I the store was built.
