I Love QT excuse it truly has been a "Safe Place" to me plus more. I enjoy how quick the service has been, the amenities, the variety of flavors and product they sell.
I dislike this visit at this location because a female worker dark headed ponytail, Hispanic ethnicity, very fit, roughly in her 20's or early 30's, knocked on my car window while I was resting. I just came from the ER mind you. She knocked, yet walked Way when I rolled my window down, when she returned she rudely asked for me to move locations as she was getting ready to power wash. I quickly agreed and proceeded to move to the other side of the parking lot. As I tried to continue resting, I see a bright light... It was Arizona State Police!
The. Cop knocked on my windshield with his flashlight, I thought he was about to break it the way he banged his light against my window. He began to question me, I answered letting him know I did not feel well and I had just gotten out of the hospital. He continued to his duty by informing his college about his position in this Incident. He lier assuming many things which make me uncomfortable. I asked if it was against the law to be parked where I was and his reply was " The lady wants you to move..." I the. Asked to remain silent to talk to my lawyer. The cop then has his backup come to my window to try to ask more questions. This cop stated he had a uearion for me so I relied "Yes! What is your question?" He the acted like he couldn't hear me yell this from the other side of the car. He ignored me ND then he told someone I had a hospital band and an IV bandage on.
They did let me know I was not in trouble but I felt a sense of harassment both from the lady who works here and also from the APD, this is why I refused to answer to the cops. They seemed to side with the worker more than check up on me as a human being.
Love QT for many reasons. I recommend this convenient store when you are in a look for a Quick Trip. 😃 Or just for a safe place to get back to your daily life. I hope you are treated with more respect than I was during this visit. Stay Safe.💕

They're doing surgery on the coffee area and so they put up these tacky QT emblazoned curtains in front of the whole area. As I passed by an employee working in the donut case I jokingly asked "We as there a murder back here."
Seriously, nobody at QT is capable of human interaction or humor above the level of robots. This is my biggest gripe about their stores.

Came here the other night to use the restroom and not even three minutes into doing my business and employee walks in and asks “sir are you almost done?” Like I get it there are a lot of sketchy people in the area but if that’s how you treat customers who do not look sketchy, wow. Not coming here again.

I have spent over $1000 at this location. I have never felt more uncomfortable on how your employee treated me tonight. He insulted me and and I felt as though my hard earned dollars are not appreciated. Maybe this guy is use to dealing with all the strung out people that hover around the area, I’ve witnessed drug deals going on in their lot; homeless are strung out and it is sketchy. But this employee goes out of his way to tell me “that I am not welcome”. Good bye QT.Address your homeless problem before attacking paying customers

I bought lottery tickets several times there and twice now the cashier went to check my numbers and had to put it in manually then they told me that it showed I had been paid. when I stated that I had not been paid I was out of luck. the second time it happened I told them that I had not been paid and noticed whenever they mess up and. have to enter it manually it did that still no luck . fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me I will never buy from them again and I will report this to the lottery corporation.
