I like this store for the most part, but they have real issues with changing their gas prices on the sign you see on the freeway. I have caught this multiple times. Today the sign said Regular Unleaded gas was $3.299 when at the store it was actually $3.599. I drove from the Eastside to get gas here when I could have gotten it down the street from my home for cheeper. Now I have to drive thru rush hour traffic for no reason to go to the station with cheaper than $3.599 gas.

BE CAREFUL Don’t come here!!!, the “security lady” it’s rude, don’t respect the clients, she harasses you so that you leave as if you were a criminal, i just cleaning my ice chest on the parking lot. how it’s possible ? They allow to the addicts sell drugs outside the store,But don’t allow to the costumer use the parking lot for clean the cooler for the ice !! She don’t know about education!. I always use the quiktrip for fill my gas and rest one or two hours and keeping doordashing, but here at this quiktrip you not are a costumer you are a criminal for no reason!

Good for truck stop. Some parking available. They have a coffee bar. Clean bathrooms. Easy to find. They sell the local newspaper here. Highly recommend.

Walk in to today 1/30/25 late-night, and the female clerk on the register needs a serious aditude adjustment.
I think HR needs to have a wee chat with her about how to talk to QT customers.
I saved my receipt number, and I will be calling corporate.

Found a employee camera hidden in the bathroom stall placed to see customers using the bathroom in the biggest bathroom stall. They confirmed it was a camera and it was the companies, and then asked for it back because it was the companies. They said it technically wasn't recording but that doesn't make this any better. Avoid this place.

10-2-24 11:30pm came here with my motorcycle to buy some scratchers. Security guy said i had to leave my backpack and helmet by the door with all the homeless walking in and out? He even offered to watch it for me! Ha ya i don’t trust anyone watching my backpack after the same one got stolen from me 2 weeks ago! and wouldn’t be a problem though if i wasn’t coming to this qt after work for almost 3 years and never once got asked to remove it. Safe to say won’t ever see me again either at any QT. What a joke lol

We used to top off our diesel and DEF at the truck fuel islands. However, the last two times we were there, our fuel cards did not work at the pump or inside at the register. We use our cards at QT locations nationwide with no problems. Beware if you plan to make similar purchases at this location.

Most QT Kitchens across the country are good. The kitchens in Phoenix are trash. No good. Completely useless. Poor management from the top. A bunch of idiots running the metro Phoenix QT Kitchens. They close at 10pm. What a joke. They stop serving Breakfast scramble after 9:30am. They stop serving tacos after 6pm. Just do us all a favor and close your doors.

I can’t decide on how to really review this location which is why I’m aiming right in the middle. Not sure what it gives off in broad daylight, but the bewitching hours were popping off, and not in a good way. lol Lots of loitering by real unsavory looking folks. There was a gentleman there standing at the front entrance like a guard wearing a bullet proof vest if that helps paint the picture.
If you like people watching though, it’s a definite 10 out of 10. I was between work shifts so I sat there for about 30-45 minutes and the amount of crazy I saw was up there. The store was clean fully stocked though 🤷♀️

First the good.
The staff were always friendly and the store was well stocked and fairly clean.
The bad.
I was in and out of this store over a period of three days. Throughout that entire three days, the second to last stall in the men's restroom was clogged and most of the time the restroom itself was pretty gross. There's no reason for a stall to be clogged for that long. Was whoever cleaned it just doing a quick sweep with a broom and that's it?
Also, I was over charged for my sandwiches. I'd ordered one pork and one brisket and I was charged two briskets which was an extra dollar. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't realize it until I was already another state away.

I Just came back from out of town. I ordered something from the jack in the box right across. Yesterday night the Asian dude was very rude and disrespectful. Plus my son got sick from eat there last week. I was in a bad mood went to this QT and immediately the guy at the register was profiling me talking to his coworkers watching me around the store very racial. Then believe it or not I left dissatisfied went to another gas station I was followed by some guy on a motorcycle who apparently has some kind of click literally follow and harassed a mile away. Insane like the hills have eyes movie very weird and unwelcoming if you pay attention if you fit the profile or look they hunt you down I guess. Be careful if if your not white or light skin Mexican/Hispanic pay attention I've seen clicks screw over out of towers.

Stopped here to get gas real quick and got approached and turned away by a security guard walking around saying they were closed? I wasn't going inside I just drove up to use the pump and still didn't allow me to. Guess this s Qt station doesn't sale gas at night.
