3rd time this week I come and no luck. I guess they stopped making the jalapeño sausage roll. Or does it run out of stock that fast?

When I got to this store, the fountain tea containers were empty. I spoke to an employee who immediately got some brewing. A few minutes later, I had the tea I'd come in for. Excellent service and care for their customers.

Rather unkempt generally. Usually inflates fuel prices. And now restrooms are closed from 21:00-05;00... 'for your safety'. Umm NO! It is because the business cannot maintain control and safety; and is not willing to pay for extra security.

They do not stock enough of there sell out items. They don't honor their advertisements. you pay extra. went to a different QT and got the sale , stopped at this one and paid almost 9 dollars more.
very disappointed. they use to be a good store in a not so good area. Sad, that their customer service has gone down hill. I really like QT, I have stopped at different locations in Arizona and Texas.

This QT location is typically very busy, but nonetheless, I am always shown appreciation for my time & they tend to always get me in & out in a quick effective manner. Can’t complain!

Terrible customer service from the young man with beard and ponytail, im almost 50 with a weak bladder,i usualy stop in to get coffee but had to use the restroom it was just a little after 5 am i asked if he could open the restroom he states he is the manager on duty has keys and refused to open he also turned me away from purchasing my coffee because i saw him staring my husband down and he over heard me inform my husband of his rude gesters (staredown)towards my husband.

I went to their kitchen yesterday ordered a breakfast sandwich and they didn't even cook it. They literally put together all the cold ingredients and gave it to me. I got home and had to take it apart and cook each piece.

If you come to use a public restroom go elsewhere. QT I love you guys but please change the policy ! There was armed security , a manager , and a cop outside. No bathroom access. Is this reasonable for a customer to expect this from QT?
