Needs better Security personnel

I frequent many QTs around the valley. Most are still quite decent. This one is the exception. I'm not in the mood to type a whole diatribe, so just suffice to say that not only are the employees I dealt with this day (having to ask 3 times to get a receipt printed for my work vehicle) alarmingly apathetic and sloppy, but they get it from the management, apparently. The manager was also less than concerned about failing to fulfill a simple gas receipt request.

Security guards harass women here. Please stay away or be careful if you’re alone. Was followed to my car and accused of stealing a Sprite, yet paying for gas…? Anyways, I walked back with the idiotic security guard, so the cashier could tell him I paid. I guess upon being terribly incorrect, the security guard felt stupid so he began to yell derogatory words while telling me that I cannot come back. As if there aren’t other gas stations on this planet. Get serious.

Thank god for the security the people in this area are beyond sketchy when the sun goes down , you got people smoking blues on every corner over here. It’s not a good area lots of crime.
It’s nice that qt actually cares about the employees enough to have security there to protect em and keep everyone there safe. Gotta respect that.

Why does everyone working here have a nasty attitude?? Something needs to be done with most of these employees. I come almost every day, but I’m willing to drive to a different store miles away just to avoid rude employees.

A couple of the cashiers are rude. I've met one of them. Employees that is extremely friendly and has excellent social skills and customer service. But then I saw the manager. However, start downgrading him lot of employees there. Aren't doing what they need to do? And the ones that are are is taking on all the work and getting a bunch of b. S from all the other workers for no reason, it should be investigated

Usually good gas prices but unfortunately your security just likes to harass n point fingers to any one they want instead of actually doing the job right. How he gonna ask three different people then just blame the last and look into and report my vehicle for hot dogs! I don't ever get hot dogs from gas stations! Need to train your security better. Also doesn't feel like a safe place at that location so I'll be headed to the circle K from now on. Just don't get how people who think they have so much power and authority just for a hot dog!... whomever is running this spot need to check it. Get better help.

The little young hispanic girl skinny one that works there at night possibly graveyard shift is so rude and disrespectful should not be in any type of job where you have to deal with customer service if you're going to be that rude

Anna G has a very rude way of treating people and she made a simple mistake of change not being dispensed as gas appropriately then top it off she tried make me feel like I was wrong when in all do fact she doesnt know how to count apparently literally no need for this type of behavior and manager, area supervisor and owner should train accordingly.

Manager is very rude & doesnt make you feel safe which should be an issue considering Qt is suppose to be a designated safe spot.. He gives attitude just for asking a simple question & just walks around acting miserable all the time . Bad choice for a manager lmao .

I come here at least twice a day to get their soft serve ice cream as well as other items & tbh I get pretty disappointed when their employees give me a small ice cream lol but I wanted to give a shoutout to employee Javier who made my ice cream today because hes not stingy & made sure to give me a Good amount of ice cream ?!!! I appreciate that lol train your other employees to be more like Javier ???
