Seriously find another solution for your bathrooms you are the only place open after 9pm. Put a PIN code on it, have customers give you their ID or have to pay for something I don’t care but to tell me to drive another 5 miles to another QT is not it especially when someone’s about to pee their pants. At the end of the day even the circle Ks in south Phoenix have unlocked bathrooms, yall can do better

Go in for fountain drink out off order, go to other side for ice tea no ice. Order from kitchen no receipt ask the girl in the kitchen in a rude way said just go pay at the cashier. Employees don't smile or greet you. I don't blame the employees it's the manager to train and keep the store in working condition. The rest room dirty.

I love this QT. I come in at least twice a day. The employee's know me and are always so kind! This morning at 1 a.m. I went in and noticed two young girls working. Why is there not a male employee there with them? Better yet why isn't there a security guard for them working overnights? Ya'll have one during a busy day shift. Ya'll need to get these night workers a guard. Other than this complaint. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!

My wife came in at this time to use the bathroom. It was an emergency and she had no other place to go. I can’t believe this QT had this much of a drug problem and drug addicts in a area where they have to shut off a bathroom from 9 to 5 is disgusting to regular people that want to use a public bathroom. This is a stop at safe Haven for people that travel through it shouldn’t be that much of a problem. To use a bathroom. Is it that hard to be human first? Smh

I am very disappointed. QT holds their employees to higher standards than this. I didn’t get a greeting from anyone when I came in. I noticed the kitchen staff had partially finished sandwiches open on the kitchen counter. Adrian M was on his phone talking to someone, at the same time as he was checking out a customer. The manager on duty didn’t comment or even bother to care to call him out and tell him to put his phone away. The female doing the upkeep around the store didn’t greet me or even respond when spoken to by me. I told her have a good day as I walked out the store while she cleaned windows at the front door. She barely looked up, and didn’t respond. I spoke to her two separate times in the store. The customer service needs some serious improvement. I will still come to this store, and I hope the next I time I visit it has been improved. This is my regular store when I come on this side of town, and I’m less than impressed with the service. I’m not sure if this is regular staff or not, but they did not uphold the QT standard at all. This store is usually amazing.

If the area is so bad you need to keep your rest rooms locked during business hours, hire security staff to keep the walking dead away from the parkimg lot and exterior of the building. This way paying customers like myself can use the facilities as needed.

Restrooms closed from 9pm-5am ! Couldnt even open the restrooms for my 4 year old daughter. QT is supposed to be the only reliable place for restrooms and we cant even get that nomore. So upseting
