The option for ZERO stars was not available so I will submit my comment offering one star too many. The two member crew working after 11pm on Tuesday August 29 are doing a great job: of lying to their customers. Both of them. I've been coming to store #420 for 3 years as it's 1/2 mile from my home. Tonight I went to buy a 1/2 gallon of milk like I've done many times in the past. Tonight they had no 1/2 gal or gallon containers of milk. I asked the gentlemen if he could look in the back for a half gallon. I was told they haven't had milk for years. I said I buy it from this store often. He said we haven't had milk for years. The female working said the same thing when I asked her. So I know I'm not crazy, although I did have a stroke about 4 months ago. So I called a different store about 2 miles from my home, and the member working informed me that about 4 months ago all the local stores discontinued sales of 1/2 gal and gallon containers of milk. I then called store #420 and the gentleman who gave me inaccurate info answered the phone. I then told him that lying to a customer, well two of them as my sister was with me, is ridiculous. And that in fact this store has always carried milk. The member then backpedaled his story feeling me, "I'm sure I told you months ago". The guy then became loud and argumentative with me and I disconnected with an expletive comment. It's a shame how this kind of behavior from a store employee and another employee backing up that story, can undermine a decade of loyal patronage. I am escalating this story to the QT division in Tempe tomorrow followed up possibly with escalating these individuals to the corporate office in Tulsa. These two have made my late night candy shopping take place at Circle K from here on out.

The decline of QT’s all over is pretty crazy, it’s a shame, seems like a certain group of people that think they are entitled to use the restrooms and take what they want also seem to be cutting off the availability of air. This is the fourth QT I have tried, and they all have the air lines cut.

I swear that’s the nastiest restroom ever! The workers are also not welcoming & kinda pushy like they don’t wanna be there. It didn’t feel respected & it was so rushed. Think they just want you in & out. No questions asked. The WORST QT I’ve been to.

I got to tell you I thought I was at a circle k all the urinals and toilet are broken in the men's room it's dirty definitely need some help in this unit... 10:30 a.m...Please address definitely not QT standards. Qt is the best convenience store gas station anywhere but this one needs help!

There soda fountain machine has been out for 5 days as far as no CO2 ( No Carbination) they never had a tech come out in fix it, told the cashier and even the manager, nothing has been done. Smh... now I will only be going to circle K.... QT has gone down hill in many areas not just the fountain machines. Homeless took over the store as well

This is the qt by my house, but i’m going to have to stop going here because every time I get gas here—which is every day—someone comes and begs me for money or gas. It’s too much.

Nice attendant on tonight I was having problems with my Gpay , New device wasn't doing contactless, I lost a few cards today. He was upbeat, patient & polite. I didn't know what to do. I had questions and he was super nice, I really appreciated that. Great Customer Service.
