I recently visited this location to cash in a few scratcher tickets. I don’t buy them often, so I wasn’t familiar with the process or any store-specific policies. The cashier was unsure as well and asked the manager for clarification. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the manager responded with passive-aggressive remarks and told the cashier he might get written up,implying it was somehow my fault.
Even after I apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused, the manager continued with sarcastic comments like, “Oh well, it’s just a write-up,” or “I’ll probably get fired.” As a paying customer, I felt uncomfortable and unfairly blamed for what was clearly a training issue.
Instead of shifting blame onto customers, it would be more productive to provide proper training to staff so these kinds of misunderstandings don’t happen again. I hope this feedback leads to a more respectful and professional environment moving forward.

Trashy location $4.50 for an warm cold iced latte that was flatter than the cashiers cheesy flat top. You ask for a Receipt for a transaction and the employees lose their minds. When half of them are casually hanging out outside of the store checking out a customer's race car.

You know you done something wrong as a business owner when the homeless are begging for money, IN YOUR STORE. There's literally a homeless person by the register asking people for money with the cashier doing nothing about it. Hello??? Kick him out!
The floor was dirty, and the fountain machine counter was caked with sticky soda stains. There were no donuts or any hotdogs. Nacho cheese was out. There was chili, but I didn't want chili. Frosters weren't ready. Was there only one person working there??? It was a horrid state I've ever seen a QT, and that was just the inside!

Updated: again went to this location and they are fully stocked on three meat pizza BBQ pizza and not a single pepperoni pizza you guys suck as a business
I don't know what QT's plan is but they always seem to have every slice of pizza besides pepperoni pizza which is the pizza most people want. I asked when the next one would be ready he said I'm just making it right now it will be 15 to 20 minutes lol it's 12:00pm they should be plenty stocked. Oh well just won't get my business

I am absolutely appalled with the behavior of the MANAGER on 3/9/24. I am a daily customer at this location and I spend a minimum of $50 a day. I did not even make it all the way in the front door before Brandon M., tall, skinny, white boy easily 6"3 proceeded to yell at me to "get out!" He had stated that he had previously kicked me out of the store which is false. He refused to listen to me and even consider that he might be wrong.
He not only embarrassed me but he also wasn't willing to even consider that he was wrong . I want to speak to a general manager and/or someone who can handle this situation with this employee!!
He does NOT belong in the position that he is in!!!!!! NOT AT ALL..

It's truly apauling and despicable QT allows the druggie and thieve population to line up all over your properties begging your customers and making for a very uncomfortable transaction w QT, and threatening shift to your employees. You might as well lock up your stores and implement AI technologies. Why continue letting thieves steal from you? You can put lockers in and close up your doors. Employees can send PAID orders out to PAYING Customers. I used to come here daily. Now it's a very rare occasion. THIS MESSAGE GOES OUT TO CORPORATE AND ALL QT's. Don't let Plandemic2020 destroy your business like it has so many others.
