I visit QuikTrip #406 more than any other in Phoenix AZ. I really like the meatball sub. I went to get a meatball sub at this location and asked the associate Serenity, who would prepare the sub. I request light sauce. She gave me a dirty look, and when she finished the meatball sub, I went to my car and opened the wrappers the sub and she put no sauce. She was not welcoming and had no communication with me. You would have thought she would've put light sauce and let me see it. It was absolutely no one else in the store to order. I returned with the meatball sub, and I said to her. I knew you were going to mess up my sandwich because you had an attitude when I approached the counter to order. Her attitude was nasty. QT needs to make employee badges to show their name in large print. I will return tomorrow and let the manager know. There are many young people who work there and are not welcoming and don't greet you. They really stereotype certain people. I was hungry and shoukd have taken a picture. I returned the meatball sub, and she made another. This one was soaked until the paper was torn. I don't like anybody with an attitude to do nothing for me, namely, mess with my food. Well, you need to check the retail associates who cook and maybe don't like to be in the kitchen. It is 💯 important who is fixing the customer food. A bad attitude is bad service. The managers I encountered are pretty nice. It's the young associates who need to be addressed. Josh and another young lady fixed my meatball sub as I requested light sauce. The associate Serenity today 3/25/25 3:25pm had a major attitude. 5/6/25, I stopped by this QT to report to the manager how Serenity treated me. He tried to make excuses. I simply told him he would never know because he's her boss. The associate Serenity stereotyped me a gave me attitude with her actions. Managers are not around 24/7. You can never say what an employee will do. I rarely have a complaint. This associate treated me very nasty. I am 65 years old and have no reason to lie. I work for Fry's. I deal with customers on a daily basis, and I greet everyone with a welcoming attitude and for shopping with us. They only received one star for me to report Serenity behavior towards me a black woman.

This is the only QT where if you try to use your phone to pay for gas, it is denied. I tried twice and then looked at my transactions, and I have $90 pending transactions that won't be released until 12/19. Claudia, the manager, said it happens all the time. Would it not be a good idea to fix this problem, especially since this problem happens only at this location. Now, I need to wait until these are removed from pending transactions, and Claudia confirmed there is nothing she can do. Here is a good idea, fix the problem! No where does it state QT will have $90 pending transactions for their issues. Pissed off! This is wrong!

Been goin over twelve years just at this location until now always been great new young people no respect customer service failing vey dissatisfied becomes like cirkle k now witch all know sucks ????

Absolute booty cheek of a location. Never any fresh fruit, or fresh anything. Let's keep ordering energy bars no one buys though. Location isn't the one.

They are falling apart. Bathrooms are never clean and always smell. Food has lost quality! But staff is always friendly and polite

I like frozen cappuccino.I have purchased many times from QuikTrip.I bought a frozen cappuccino here on November 12th between 18:00 and 19:00.It was much lighter than normal.The taste was creamy, like a shake.I asked the staff member at the register if the machine was broken.He charged me money for the frozen cappuccino machine without checking.Checking the problem is very easy.For customers who report problems, he never confirms the problem and charges them money for defective items.I like QuikTrip.I don't know if this is due to QuikTrip's education.I go to QuikTrip in many places, but this is the first time I've had an experience like this.I'm curious if he checked the machine or reported anything after that.I'll try to report if nothing changes.We look forward to the future growth of our black-haired male staff.The other staff members provide good customer service.Thank you!

Esteban (store #406) was super nice and had a great attitude. It's rare these days to get workers who are nice and who want to help you. Fortunately for me I ran into Esteban and he was super cool and his attitude and customer service were on point! Thanks brotha, I appreciate you!!
